They never scheduled another appointment after they took my money. I'm not sure how long this process takes so I stayed patient. I contacted them 6 months later in June and they said they've been busy and if a client doesn't reach out that they forgot. Very professional organization it seems. They then told me my info was outdated and I had to redo everything which takes hours of time and since some of the stuff is only free once a year, I'd have to pay out of pocket. I never had the time to get it together so I asked for a refund. Julie, the actual person doing the work apparently, said they don't owe me and it was apparently my fault that they never called me back after I completed the original paperwork and payment to set up an appointment. 1500 dollars is nothing to the lawyer yet they refuse to refund it to a person who is obviously not doing as well. I should have known when I went into their shoddy little office that it was a bad idea to go here but I was desperate and they were cheap. Don't make the same mistake I did.
