Less than a year ago, I had a collection account from a closed line of credit, a charged off credit card and a few late car payments on my report. My main concern was the collection--I honestly wasn't too worried about the other items, but Cam recommended taking a holistic approach. Instead of focusing on just one issue, he suggested addressing everything at once. Several months later, my credit reports with all three bureaus are clean and clear, with all negative items either removed or updated to positive. Whether you're working to repair bad credit or you have okay credit and want to elevate it to excellent, Cam is the person to call. It's a process, and it doesn't happen overnight--but he delivers results. I truly can't express enough how much he's done for me.

However, CCCS treats their employees like they don't even exist. They both drive in with their matching Lamborghini, to the covered parking . There office suites are located above , their employee's and they never came into there small call center of 10 employees to introduce them selfs. They provide NO life work balance, No reasonable PTO, No recognition for what the employees do, No room to grow, No room for raises, No affordable health Ins. Basically, these business owners careless for who is working for them. I should have left sooner. No one deserves to work and not be appreciative or valued. Collections is not for everyone, if you don't mind being treated like you don't exist, sitting for 8 hours being hung up on, called foul names, and working for owners who don't value what you are doing for there business. This may be the place for you . I worked for CCCS for 9 months and had gotten sick more than a dozen times , because the employees come to work sick fear if they didn't they could risk a write up or a verbal warning. I'm disgusted with how CCCS treated there employees. Mary should be ashamed. People, don't sell yourself short and work for business that don't Value you. They need you more than you need them. Business are replaceable just like employees.

My fiancé and I are first-time homebuyers, and like many young families, we are actively working to rebuild our credit and create a stable future for our child. We came into this process hopeful, motivated, and ready to follow professional guidance. Unfortunately, what we received instead was inconsistent communication, misleading information, and a complete lack of clear direction. From the very beginning, we were told that we had "potential" and that there were ways to improve our situation. However, as time went on, the information we were given constantly changed. We would be told one thing in one conversation, and then something completely different in the next. There was never a clear, step-by-step plan provided--no structure, no timeline, and no transparency on what actions we should take or what results to expect. One of the biggest concerns was the lack of attention to our current credit situation. Instead of reviewing updated, accurate information, it felt like decisions and advice were being based on outdated or incomplete details. When you are trusting a company to help you repair your credit, you expect them to evaluate your situation thoroughly and provide guidance based on your most recent and relevant information. That did not happen here. Throughout this process, we felt like we were being led in circles rather than being guided toward a real solution. As clients, we should not have to constantly question the advice we are being given or feel like we are not being heard. Credit repair is supposed to be about education, strategy, and support--especially for individuals who are actively trying to improve their financial standing. Instead, we felt dismissed and unsupported. It was also extremely discouraging to feel like, as young buyers trying to better our lives, we were not taken seriously. This process is already stressful enough, and instead of feeling empowered, we were left feeling confused, frustrated, and misled. At the end of the day, we were looking for honesty, consistency, and a clear plan of action. Unfortunately, that is not what we experienced with eCreditAdvisor. Because of the lack of transparency, conflicting information, and overall poor communication, I cannot recommend their services. I will also be taking further steps to report this experience, as I believe other individuals and families deserve to be fully informed before making a decision to work with this company. If you are considering credit repair services, I strongly encourage you to do thorough research, ask very detailed questions, and consider multiple options before committing. Make sure you are working with someone who provides clear, consistent guidance and truly takes the time to understand your current financial situation. This was not the experience we were hoping for, and I sincerely hope others do not have to go through the same frustration.
