CCCS collects on behalf of Dollar Loan Center. Family owned business, Chuck owning DLC and his wife Mary came up with the idea, so they are cashing in BIG TIME. However, CCCS treats their employees like they don't even exist. They both drive in with their matching Lamborghini, to the covered parking . There office suites are located above , their employee's and they never came into there small call center of 10 employees to introduce them selfs. They provide NO life work balance, No reasonable PTO, No recognition for what the employees do, No room to grow, No room for raises, No affordable health Ins. Basically, these business owners careless for who is working for them. I should have left sooner. No one deserves to work and not be appreciative or valued. Collections is not for everyone, if you don't mind being treated like you don't exist, sitting for 8 hours being hung up on, called foul names, and working for owners who don't value what you are doing for there business. This may be the place for you . I worked for CCCS for 9 months and had gotten sick more than a dozen times , because the employees come to work sick fear if they didn't they could risk a write up or a verbal warning. I'm disgusted with how CCCS treated there employees. Mary should be ashamed. People, don't sell yourself short and work for business that don't Value you. They need you more than you need them. This will be a fairly shot review but I had a medical bill in collections with them. There was some stumbling at the beginning but I must say they were very professional and responsive. This was a very flexible agency to work with and provided me all docs I needed very quickly. Overall I have no complaints at all, one agent was a bit standoffish but everyone else was very professional. Obviously I would rather not ever have to work with them but under the circumstances they were great. If I was a business owner seeking a collection agency who will reflect well on your business as a consumer I would recommend them. read more

My husband had a medical bill that went unpaid. They sent his account to Clark County Collections. In February 2021, we received the paperwork that they were going to take us to court for garnishment but since I contacted them immediately after receiving the paperwork, we set up a payment plan for 12months of equal payments. From February to September, I made every payment. Come October, the website was not working. Called their office, Mahir even tried the website and saw that I was unable to pay on our account. He told me it was an IT problem and would reach back out to us once the problem was resolved. Sometime in November, we spoke again and it still wasn't resolved. Every month I kept checking and still the same issue. Eventually I forgot about it and their office never contacted me or my husband when they claim they did! Now they took it back to court and the writ of execution is basically back to what it was originally and they're garnishing my husbands wages! Mahir said that he would talk to his manager about it because he does remember the issue with the IT, so its not like we purposely didn't pay since September. Haven't received a phone call from anyone yet and I'm looking into legal advice regarding this. They should not be able to hike up the amount when THEIR COMPUTER SYSTEM FAILED TO ALLOW ME TO MAKE PAYMENTS and I was told I would be notified when it was fixed!!!! read more

I just cleared all of my debt last year and haven't lived in Las Vegas for over four years. Don't fall into this. Got my wages garnished for an apartment through cccs after amount was paid they still show I owe almost $200. Been battling them to take Balance of my credit for the past 4 years. They even sent me a receipt showing paid in full. Just when I thought they finally corrected the problem last month I get a notification on my credit that it has reappeared. My experience with Clark county collection has been very fair and i like to say thank you to Tracy for being very understandable and civil and just being above and beyond. They bought a debt I had from a payday loan company. Then they garnished my checks. After that they have not removed the balance owed, and it states that I still owe them. They garnished my checks double of what the original debt was with the original creditor. I called them to obtain my account number because I am disputing a medical charge with my insurance company who should have paid a bill. I asked the person who answers the phone what information does she need from me, she states my social security number, I figured since it was already on my credit report they already had that information so I (probably being a idiot for doing so) gave them the number. The representative then tells me "Oh, its not under that, so what's your last name". I'm thinking to myself if you have it on the credit report why wouldn't she be able to find it under the number. So I asked her, and she then gets very aggressive, asking for the name. At this point I am thinking ok, something is not right with this and I will now have to get my attorney involved to deal with them, I guess it more money out of my pocket but the cost is nothing compared to safety. I contacted them to make a payment on a debt that went to collections. They took my payment last month without trouble. Friday I went to pay the balance and was told that they did not receive my payment from last month. I provided them proof that the money had been credited from my account and it was rejected. They have continued to request payment in full of the original debt. My emails are now being returned as undeliverable and the managers will not take my calls. read more

They are dishonest and lie too. They send me a letter saying that I owe a debt but they are not able to provide documentations such as original invoices, contracts, and other documents I request to verify the debt. Also, at two separate phone calls, they told me that my credit would be impacted negatively if I didn't pay the full amount. and the 2 reps gave me different dates. It just makes me think that is one of their threat tactics. when I exercised my right to request for debt verification, they gave me a one page doc that said they slabbed on a collectiaon fee & nothing else to support validation of the debt they claimed I owe. Also, the rep told me that they know the law and are legally able to put interest and collection fee on the original debt amount. That is already violated the federal and state law that states that they cannot charge fees & interest once it has gone to collection unless the fees and interest were already added by original creditor before the debt was assigned to c. ollection agency. If anyone has a problem with these collectors, should report to the FTC via their website. It may not help you solve your individual case but it may hopefully have enough complaints that the FTC will look into this company and their unethical practices. read more

i wish i can give them no stars. i have paid on time for the 4 years and come down to my last payment, they seem to not leave me alone and just go away!!! i have been paid in full for many months now and thank god i asked for the piece of paper that stated i was done, and you should do the same because you will talk to one person who will tell you important information you need to know, and then you'll end up speaking to someone else who will tell you something very very different. none of them know whats going on, theyre definitely not on the same page with anything, and there's just no structure or communication with eachother. its crucial that they need to be, because they are messing with people's credit, finances, and lifes. they sent the constable to my job (months after paying off and asking for that letter) which was very embarassing and frustrating, i drove down there to only hear a bunch of confused associates. again, if i did not have this piece of paper labeling "paid in full", i would have had to create an even crazier mess there. they kept telling me i owed a significant amount still from what their computer showed, and unfortunately thats the only thing they go off of, which is wrong, because they dont communicate on it or understand it half the time. i showed them the letter and they said "oh" and from there reassured me they will fix it. its been about 8 months now since ive paid in full and to only find they put their name on my credit, stating i am behind in payments affecting my credit score. they just wont go away. now, im off to going down there, because calling is the worst thing you could do, and im off to calling my credit consumer bureau to dispute them and the better business bureau, and more... because as long as they wont leave me alone, i wont leave them alone. read more
