I was referred to this company from a family member. Unfortunately my experience was much different than theirs. I will say that the program works if you follow their guidelines. HOWEVER, I am giving them 1 star because of their EXTREME lack of communication. I've waited for a call back for a week and never heard from anybody. I've consistently had to follow up with them because they sent me some generic "auto" response email. I've also received emails that do not have to do with anything that I called for. What's really funny is,it doesn't seem to be what is on your credit report they charge a flat rate of 1500..
