I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Bianca and Gabriel for their guidance and assistance throughout the process. In an industry with many options available, Vivex distinguishes itself through its reliability, expertise, and genuine commitment to achieving meaningful results. Most importantly, they delivered exactly the support and outcomes I was seeking. I attended a business meeting on Saturday morning that consist of several speakers and I have to admit, I have never heard of the company Vivix Credit Solutions until Saturday. Mr. George Brown was the speaker for Vivix Credit Solutions. I have never attended a more informative, educational and intriguing meeting. He was professional articulate and witty. He also provided information based on empirical studies with proven facts and data. As a consumer and a business owner, it is imperative that we are abreast to rules and regulations that apply to us and our customers. Mr. George Brown spared no bars by making sure we were fully informed. I have to commend him on a job well done! Thank you so much Mr. George Brown. Sylvia Bellamy read more

No follow up from them ... we always have to initiate the call... service is terrible. Money NOT well spent... Never again!! read more

I was referred to this company from a family member. Unfortunately my experience was much different than theirs. I will say that the program works if you follow their guidelines. HOWEVER, I am giving them 1 star because of their EXTREME lack of communication. I've waited for a call back for a week and never heard from anybody. I've consistently had to follow up with them because they sent me some generic "auto" response email. I've also received emails that do not have to do with anything that I called for. Also, as soon as you stop making payments to them you will NEVER hear from them. SHOUT OUT TO BRYAN for being the only communicator there. Way to hold it down! read more

I'd heard about Vivix Credit Solutions when I first got to Las Vegas, but procrastinated for many years and never moved forward with the program. My lack of knowledge about the credit system and many other factors that feed into my wealth and credit scores has kept me from getting the best interest rates and access to some of the finer things in life. I have an MBA, am a Sr. IT Manager and have never been arrested. Yet, I still wasn't able to get the best interest rates for a vehicle or even RENT a home in one of the finer communities in Las Vegas due to my low credit and wealth scores. This year, I finally attended a seminar that Gabriel held in his Summerlin office. It was one of the most informative, thought-provoking seminars that I have ever attended. And, the only one I've attended about my credit and wealth scores that made perfect sense to me. Vivix Credit Solutions is changing my outlook on credit, financial accounts and my wealth score. They are not only helping me to understand how to restructure my credit, but also my financial life! May God Bless this company and every one of its employees!! read more

Bianca was very helpful and was able to help me raise my credit. I was vey scared at first but now I am glad that I worked with Vivix!

Mr Brown is one dynamic speaker. He spoke at a Women's investment group Meet and Greet. The information he shared was mind blowing. We learned the different levels on how credit is viewed and distributed. This man... is genuine, transparent and humble. I recommend Vivix to everyone. Empowering, Educational and Electrifying!!! Go to a seminar and see how they can show you how to increase your credit scores so that you can purchase your new home or car. Why not you?? read more

I just wanted to start by saying how welcoming Gabriel ( the owner ) was with me and my fiancé right out of the gate. He was super polite and very knowledgeable. I went in for a consolation but I caught him at a bad time but he still took 30 minutes out of time to sit down and talk with us even though it made home late for his conference call. That's what you call above and beyond for customer service. 100% recommend read more

Previously I gave this company a one star review. Immediately I was contacted by a representative of the company and I was invited in office to go over my file. I came in the office and they had everything ready. Representative proved to me that they worked hard on my file and had a print out showing me details on how several items were removed off of my credit report and an increase of over 156 points. After meeting with them I felt a lot better and will absolutely use their service again and highly recommend this company. This is a 5 star company! read more

As a direct result of Vivexx credit repair services, I secured two real estate loans both 7 figures. One was a large cash out, the other was a very profitable apartment building. Vivexx not only repaired damaged credit, they told me step by step what to do to enhance my score. My scores are now in the mid to high 700 s and show " good to excellent." Bianca was very helpful and explained everything. The company is very professional and all the staff know exactly what they are doing. I will say that this is a partnership to fix and enhance your credit - Vivexx does the heavy lifting ...and all you have to do just a few simple steps like bringing in the mail from the credit bureaus timely and keeping your balances low. They provide you a written agreement which I liked because it allowed me to make payments and showed in detail Vivexx'es obligations and the extensive scope of work they were agreeing to provide. They spent 4 months fighting for me and got great results. I have referred others and the feedback has been very positive. This is not the first credit repair I have used, but by far it is the best and got me results that allowed me to get credit. Just today I finally got approved for the southwest airlines card and a new discover card. Over $7000 in new unsecured credit available to me just today!!! Finally, for anyone self employed or soloprenuers or business owners like me, the access to credit and capital is critical to operate. My business has expanded significantly since using Vivexx as I can get the real estate loans at better rates, secure credit card, refinanced real estate and generally have a much easier time in decisions where my credit is needed by the decision makers. Highly recommend. read more

Since I started my credit repair journey the best decision I've made is going to Vivix. Bianca has been very helpful with getting things deleted from my account. Since starting I have had some life challenges that has caused a set back and Mr. Brown and Bianca came to my rescue when I thought all hope was gone. I appreciate everything they have done for me and my results have been outstanding. I would recommend them to anyone looking for help with their credit. I just want to say THANK YOU Vivix for doing everything to fix my credit. I went in on the middle 600s and ended up in the 714-740 and was able to get the credit I was looking for and loans I couldn't get approved for and the car I wanted to get. Bianca was the best, always polite and attentive every time I went back in for an update or to drop off paperwork. All the staff is amazing, I had a nice experience every time I came in. I HIGHLY recommend them to fix your credit. If you are holding off I just say don't because you don't know the feeling and relief that high credit score gives you. Thank you everyone at the office. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anybody who's experiencing tough times because of credit. I always thought it would be a never ending phase in my life in having bad credit that I brought on myself. I realize I was careless and really didn't care about good credit until reality slapped me in my face one day and I decided to do something about. I just happened to be driving by Vivix one day and decided to stop in just to see what they would tell me about helping me with my credit situation, being skeptical at the same time. I decided to give them a chance and it was one of the BEST decisions that I've ever made in my life!!! The staff were very professional every time I visited. Bianca played a major role and was able to answer all my questions and concerns that I had. She is a GREAT PERSON!!! This is no GIMMICK and very well worth it for sure and once again I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone. YOU'RE THE BOMB MR.BROWN!!! read more

Way over priced for the work they provide. They do not listen to the customer. They do what they want. The results I received were terrible.

I really thought this place was gonna help me remove things off my credit report..I was surely disappointed and on top of that they wanted more money..At the end they were nice enough to send me an email on how to handle the collection agencies.. read more

I've never had a service like this so I certainly was not sure what to expect. The account manager (not sure what they're actually called) was thorough in explaining the steps and a time line. She seemed knowledgeable and positive. I didn't do much shopping around, I chose this business for convenience and lucked out, I was able to do a lot via phone and email which was helpful. Price was fair (although a cash discount incentive would be great to offer). Results were pretty much as they suggested, overall no complaints. I'd refer a friend.... read more

Yeah I would have to agree with the rest of these reviews, they pull your credit report And by looking at it they tell you it's gonna be 1500. I have reported there business practice to the BBB because there is something really wrong with this company.. Total Rip Off I wouldn't send my worst enemy here... read more

This review posted comes from my husband Sean D. He has had the best experience ever with his credit score with VIVIX. His score has gone from 540 to 650 within 4 months. I highly recommend VIVIX to those in need of rebuilding credit or credit repair. read more
