The amount was in excess of 4500. But i was in the process of moving after speaking to the hospital billing they were going to call me back so i can pay. And sent this to collections. 3 days ago i checked my bank statement from October 2024 and found out they charged my account for 3700 and change for the hospital bill. And 1677 for i don't know what, i think she said lawyer fees that she was going to wave. Checked BBB and guess what they are not a credited business. The district attorneys office will prosecute them for faulty business practices. Sunrise hospital does not work with you I had no medical insurance and they expected payment of half up front. My bill was 154000 bucks and was reduced for no medical insurance to around 12000 bucks. After paying both charges of those amounts, i received a call from sunrise expecting the rest of the amount owed. well i said you are going to have to wait. i went back to work in December of 2024 after recovering enough and got some savings built up again and paid the rest. By the way i was not eligible for Medicaid i had just sold my house in November 2023. but i Bought another place and was running a little lite on funds i still had some cash saved in savings that they didn't need to know about. i still needed money to live on. They wanted me homeless and didn't care so i believe this is contributing to that situation. I'm also in this situation again. just spoke to team health for DR fees of 1687 after going to the hospital in dec of 2025. Don't think they are going to wait. again and I'm looking for another job.

My experience with eCreditAdvisor, specifically working with Todd and Brandon, has been one of the…read moremost frustrating and disappointing experiences I have had while trying to improve my financial situation. My fiancé and I are first-time homebuyers, and like many young families, we are actively working to rebuild our credit and create a stable future for our child. We came into this process hopeful, motivated, and ready to follow professional guidance. Unfortunately, what we received instead was inconsistent communication, misleading information, and a complete lack of clear direction. From the very beginning, we were told that we had "potential" and that there were ways to improve our situation. However, as time went on, the information we were given constantly changed. We would be told one thing in one conversation, and then something completely different in the next. There was never a clear, step-by-step plan provided--no structure, no timeline, and no transparency on what actions we should take or what results to expect. One of the biggest concerns was the lack of attention to our current credit situation. Instead of reviewing updated, accurate information, it felt like decisions and advice were being based on outdated or incomplete details. When you are trusting a company to help you repair your credit, you expect them to evaluate your situation thoroughly and provide guidance based on your most recent and relevant information. That did not happen here. Throughout this process, we felt like we were being led in circles rather than being guided toward a real solution. As clients, we should not have to constantly question the advice we are being given or feel like we are not being heard. Credit repair is supposed to be about education, strategy, and support--especially for individuals who are actively trying to improve their financial standing. Instead, we felt dismissed and unsupported. It was also extremely discouraging to feel like, as young buyers trying to better our lives, we were not taken seriously. This process is already stressful enough, and instead of feeling empowered, we were left feeling confused, frustrated, and misled. At the end of the day, we were looking for honesty, consistency, and a clear plan of action. Unfortunately, that is not what we experienced with eCreditAdvisor. Because of the lack of transparency, conflicting information, and overall poor communication, I cannot recommend their services. I will also be taking further steps to report this experience, as I believe other individuals and families deserve to be fully informed before making a decision to work with this company. If you are considering credit repair services, I strongly encourage you to do thorough research, ask very detailed questions, and consider multiple options before committing. Make sure you are working with someone who provides clear, consistent guidance and truly takes the time to understand your current financial situation. This was not the experience we were hoping for, and I sincerely hope others do not have to go through the same frustration.

Like many in Las Vegas I was one of those who had bought a house at the wrong the time - 10 years…read moreago! My house was so upside down and I had invested SO MUCH in it, it was hard just 'letting go' like many would tell me to do. One other lawyer I saw, asked me "What are you attached too? are you attached to stucco?! Just do a bankruptcy and start over" but I just couldn't accept the letting go of my home. Like many others, I tried doing loan modifications. Year after year with all the wrong people. I would wait so long to even be able to talk them about my process and at the end their offer would never benefit me in the long term - all i was doing was buying time. Eventually I got to a place where my house was going to be sold within a couple months. That letter really wrecked me. That's when I found these guys. They were my last resort. I only found them right at the end and I probably had 30 days left before I would lose my home. At the time I sat down with Sean and he evaluated my situation. He was upfront about my options, and while doing so, he spoke and typed numbers in his calculator... while taking notes on paper and checking a million other things in his computer.. doing it all so fast.. his language was mostly 'numbers', and I was like "Who is this guy?!..." well this guy (together with their whole team) was right about everything he told me. The whole team working collectively, saved my home. And I got approved for a good loan modification. I was pretty happy and couldn't believe I still had that home. A couple of years later other loan mod programs came up and I thought, well, maybe I can try those. Once again we sat down and spoke numbers and facts and I said "I want to try again" Sean was a bit skeptical this time, he thought I already had a good loan (and I did) but my gut said "try again" and that's what we did. I not only got approved for a GREAT loan-mod, I was also one of the few, that got approved for a principal reduction. My loan was cut in half, and the new loan-mod reflected that change. After all was done, I waited a year and I decided I wanted to settle my second mortgage. Well, guess who helped again and were extremely effective at it! I was then done with all!! :) I referred them to everyone I knew that had a house and was going through similar situation. My friends did go to them and they also got approved for better loan modifications then what they had. I have no doubts in my mind (speaking from experience) that the Vohwinkel & Associates, are the best team in Las Vegas, when it comes to handling a bankruptcy or real state law.. they just have so much experience from doing it, year and after year. Go to the best, don't waste your time with the unexperienced!

I called back to report her and speak with her supervisor and she said she could hang up on whomever she wants and that her supervisor "Greg" was not in. Donna DEMANDED my phone number, but certainly I did not feel comfortable providing it and told her for security purposes I did not want to give her my number, so she hung up on me again. Sadly, Donna does not realize that the receptionist can have a lot to do with running people away from a business and profits failing. I will research to discover what governmental entity is over Financial Consulting Agencies and file a complaint, as I was unable to conduct business due to Donna's unprofessionalism, bad attitude, her sheer rudeness and her yelling and berating me. Donna needs to learn how to treat people and a telephone etiquette course for sure!
