I think it would be great if the preset bowls had more sauces on them but you definitely can add other stuff to it as well. Workers were nice! I also tried the hana boba drink which had very little flavor but I'm a boba snob. I think the boba should have been soaked in some kind of brown sugar or syrup because it's super bland and the drink is pretty mild as well. The flan/custard in the drink is solid though. It is very clean inside and the perfect meal to bring to the beach. I will say I saw something about miso soup but it wasn't explained very well.
