Our meet and greet was great and I felt fully confident having them in our home and spending time with our kitties. They let us know what they needed and made everything super easy! Every day we were sent a summary of the visit with photos. Two of our cats are much more outgoing and warmed up to them very quickly. They played, got brushed, and were clearly very well cared for! I was really impressed with how they cared for my cat Hutch. He's very shy so they only saw him a couple of times, but made sure to let us know that he was eating and using his litterbox. I really appreciate that they didn't hunt him down and make him uncomfortable. He gets bad dandruff when he's stressed out and when I came back he was completely dandruff-free! We would definitely work with Lindsay Loves Pets again!

All the while, ive been paying extra to put him in isolation while hes there so his injury isn't aggravated by playing with other dogs. My dog is my life, my baby, and my greatest joy. They are responsibile for failing to report his injury leading to a delay in diagnosis and treatment, and ultimately to him having violent muscle spasms in their lobby. I will never trust this place again.
