They took great care of my ferret. I couldn't recommend them more for exotic pets, especially ferrets

He had other sympotoms that were conceting. I searched on the Internet and found Crown veterinary. Crown veterinary provides emergency care as well as specialized care for your furry friend. We were given an appointment right away. Upon arriving, the staff was very attentive and friendly. They walked us through every step. Once our dog was seen, the doctor came and explained our dogs situation. Unfortunately, our dog was diagnosed with heart failure and a possible thyroid tumor. The doctor went over all of the options and helped us make the right decision. Our sweet boy gained his angel wings and crossed the rainbow bridge where he will no longer feel any pain. The office provides grief counseling. We received a heart of seeds to plant in memory of our dog and a sweet keepsake keychain. Today, in the mail we received a sympathy card with a handwritten message from the treating doctor. Although the outcome was not what we had expected, the care and attention our dog received in just a few hours made the trip worth it. If your looking for an office that really cares about your pet, look no further.

We called that we were on our way like they told us to do so they'd have a doctor there as soon as possible. After waiting over an hour for assistance once again a puppy was coming out in our hands in the waiting room. Needless to say, the pup did not make it. STILL no doctor around for her after 3 hours. But of course, at this point they're telling us to pay then they'll admit our dog. We had no other options at this point, which I believe they knew. So we paid. $6k. If your animal is having a time pressing emergency, this is not the place!

Although it can be expensive, they will do whatever they can to save your pets' lives…read more I've had long-term familiarity with some staff and doctors there, as having multiple pets or working in rescue you might. Dr. Dionne Ferguson (internal medicine) and Dr. John Goodwin (cardiologist) have been been wonderful, dedicated, compassionate, and patient when dealing with my kids (pets). Two of my cats have been treated (and cured!) of hyperthyroidism with radioactive iodine (I-131) there. This was a few years ago for both of them. Both are still with me and doing well. One is now 12 years old and the other is 15 years old. I've also had some sad experiences. I lost 3 of my kids in the last year to various cancers or other complications. My two boys were father and son and had congenital hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. Both developed different cancers at almost the same age. They stayed in touch with our regular vets and shared visit records so they were equally aware of their most current state with treatments and visits. It was devastating, but they helped inform us of all of our options, and understood how they're family. In the end, they assisted with support and pain meds. When it was time (no one is ever prepared for that, our kids, or any of us) they were there to help make their passing as pain-free and as fear-free as possible for them, and we were there with them. They also offer services and I have my kids' urns with their paw prints. Just recently, I lost one of my girls to complications from lymphoma and/or IBS a few months before she would have been 16 years old. They saw her every few weeks over 6 months to monitor chemo and get B-12. (I couldn't do chemo with my boys with their heart conditions which was the worst not being able to try). She got those 6 months....and for the first few her levels and bloodwork fluctuated and then seemed to improve, but when it got too much for her any more and it stopped helping and organ issues overcame treatment, they were there to assist her transition as peacefully as possible for her. They sincerely care. I can't thank them or recommend them enough in an emergency.

I took in a kitten that was found hanging by her arm, that was later removed. Dr. Danova did an absolutely wonderful job with Louie! That kitten is now a 6-year-old tripod getting around quicker than I am...although I was not impressed with that doctor, so I guess it is a matter of who you are dealing with and what they are going through. The staff are compassionate and kind. We could use more people who genuinely care for our companions. This is Misty then and now, a beauty.

They show clear fake emotions, and rush you during the grieving process. Couldn't even leave without paying an arm and leg just for a check up that took hours. If they wanted to help, they would. A place i knew that was affordable moved away. They worked on my dog which is more complex than a cat, for only 600. They did a wonderful job aswell. i moved away from there and this was the vet that was recommended to me as backup for my type of emergency. a huge regret. Unless you are made of money, find a better place. Everyone there was overly pampered looking just for an ER VET CLINIC aswell. Its just odd to me. the vibe was just off from the start. Hire people with real empathy. Ive talked to other places that were cheaper but they closed early in the day. i felt forced into this places arm. My pet could still be here today if i didnt come here. Oh and those payment plans they have pamphlets of? have a high rejection rate.

It was like being in our own home. There was a fish tank, bookshelves, etc. My husband thought it was a bit over the top, but I can see how dogs would find it much more comforting than a cat would. Molly was peaceful and calm. She was allowed to be in her carrier after the initial catheter procedure. She didn't like the catheter in her leg, but otherwise it was much better than lying on a hard metal table. We opted to let her gently fall asleep and then left the room for her final moment.

After searching Yelp for an open Veterinary Hospital on a Friday night; found Eclipse open 24 hours. So, I made the call and spoke with them to confirm they were open and they have the ability to address her situation. Arriving after a 20 minute ride, there was no waiting time, they took her immediately to the treatment area for a prompt examination of her situation. After completing the initial intake documentation we spoke with a technician to explain the situation that led us there. After a period of time, the ER Vet - Dr. Charlotte Van Horne spoke with us regarding the different pathways of a diagnosis for the treatment of vertigo, along with of her progression . The Doc gave a thorough explanation and was showed patience in answering all our questions. She didn't rush or push her treatment, and I appreciated the clear explanations provided and treatment plan. After a day at home, we decided to bring her back Saturday since my dog refused to eat or drink water for approximately 24 hours, hence she was unable to take her meds. The waiting room was busy with other dogs and cats. We spoke with the staff and then consulted with Dr. Katie Bazewicz on her diagnosis and our options. We chose to admit her for the next 24 hours so my dog can get the proper amount of fluids via an I.V.; actually kept her admitted until Monday morning when our dog would be examined by the Vet Neurologist - Dr. Boaz Levitin. He provided a thorough exam and gave his diagnosis which gave us comfort with the current treatment plan and didn't just push us for an MRI, which isn't the best option due to my dog's age. We were extremely impressed with the level of care and attention we received. The entire medical team was professional, knowledgeable, and communicative; from the receptionist, med techs, nurses, doctors, and specialist. The staff were friendly and empathetic throughout our several visits. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. The waiting room is large and nicely decorated for the holidays. They have a complimentary water, along with a coffee/tea/hot chocolate machine to include a soda/snack vending machine. The price points for the services may be higher than your usual Vet bill, however you need to understand that this is a 24 hour ER service. It could be a little pricey, but my question is how important is your furry family member valued by you and your family in your home. Overall, I was very satisfied with the care provided and would highly recommend Eclipse ER Vet Hospital to others. The compassionate and professional service I experienced is a credit to the hospital and its entire staff.

Lethargic hasn't drunk any water in days. Stands like a mannequin for several minutes straight and has a constant shake. We checked in at 10:00am and sat and watched not only every other patient come in and have their pets vitals temps checked at very minimum but also watched several assistants walk passed me and my dog like we were invisible to go check in 3 times with other patients also waiting. 1 assistant blonde hair, with glasses came to make sure a patient had their vitals done at minimum 3 times and walked off never once asking me if my sick dog did. I walked out after patiently waiting 2 whole hrs with not much as a what brings you in today. Im not 1 to play the race card ever but this was blatant in your face as ironically I was the only one continuously glossed over as if I wasn't there. If I could give this facility a -0 rating I would. Find somewhere else to go that cares about ALL PEOPLE and THEIR PETS EQUALLY!
