A great pet store. They are so nice and helpful. They carry most everything you could possibly need from custom tags to cat towers. They even recommended a great lady who grooms cats. My cat needs those sharp nails trimmed regularly! Also, their parking lot is easy to park. read more

Myranda has to be one of the BEST groomers in Durango. I took my standard poodle to four other places in the town before we found Myranda. She is so professional and she has the best personality. I know she is gentle with my little poodle and she is so fast! I love that she does one pet at a time and I think I love all the styles we have tried on my poodle so far. I do appreciate having this place for last minute things I need asap. However it's very very overpriced. For example they sell large containers of natures miracle for $50 and $35.99 on Amazon. The dog diapers were outrageous expensive. Also ordered those on Amazon packs of 3 rewashable diapers for my senior. They were about $30 for ONE here. we literally order All pet supplies off line for this reason. read more

My husband and I stopped here on our way home to AZ after visiting my home town of Pagosa to get our new puppy puppy food! The staff was incredibly helpful and warm then! There was a young lady with dog treats working and after asking if our new guy could have one he gobble them right up. I failed to ask her what they were. Now we're home in AZ and I'm finding my puppy is picky and doesn't like other treats so I called to see if they could track down what it was we'd let him have. Great selection of high quality pet supplies. I needed puppy food and a dog crate. Wide selection of each, and I got exactly what I wanted. Really nice bird cages, everything for cats, too. Very good pet store! I used to come in here all of the time (before we moved) to stock up on food for our 4 dogs and 4 cats. They have an awesome variety of pet food, toys, equipment, etc. So many things to spoil your little fur babies with! The staff is so friendly. If you need help finding something, or on the off chance they don't have what you're looking for - they can order it for you and it gets there really quick. The store even smells pretty good. Most pet stores have that funky smell - sorta like 1,000,000 ferrets live there - but not this one. Smells kinda earthy; earthy with a faint hint of bleach... just smells good. read more

In addition, the staff provided tips on basic training techniques which have been key to our happy relationship with our growing pup. Creature Comforts is wonderful. I believe this is the only pet store in town that has supplies for rabbits. When the previous rabbit specialist, Justin worked here he did an amazing job trimming my rabbit's nails. I have not yet found a veterinarian who does as good of a job as he did. read more

We've bought many supplies and sundries over the years here, but our experience today will not bring us back. They've advertised "5% off mixed (24) cases" of cat food for years, and when I confronted the sales clerk as to why half my order of 24 cans didn't get the discount, they hemmed, hawed, made up bizarre excuses, just about everything but admit the mistake, apologize and give me the credit due. I'm wondering how many hundreds, or thousands, of other customers have gotten burned and didn't know it. We'll take our business to Pet Haus from now on. read more
