Sure enough it was there- the cast member was quick, courtesy and confident that it would be there. They handle an array of issues but always with a smile. I was extremely relieved because I had no way of contacting the rest of my family and it would have ruined the rest of our vacation if it was not located! The Cast members can help out with some of the following at City Hall -Park Operations (For an example, hours open to close) -Helping with Lost Items -Provide information about dining, attractions and accessibility services. You can also pick up celebration buttons here! Some of those include your birthday, first visit, anniversary, or any other special occasions. These buttons are great keepsakes for the trip! City Hall is amazing place to stop for helpful advice, resolving an issue, or just starting your visit with a little extra Disney Magic. Not only did Roberto give me a great quote it was less than what the dealership wanted. The dealership told me a few weeks before they can even start on my project and Roberto had everything done within 2 days. Roberto is amazing and does highly quality work.
