But the apprehension I felt subsided quickly after speaking to Jennifer. This is a family business and Cathy is a daughter and Jennifer a granddaughter and they are very knowledgeable, professional, honest and just as nice as anyone can be. Doing and getting your taxes done can be so stressful but I was put at ease after speaking to Jennifer and relaxed and let her do her stuff and boy does she know her stuff. Dorothy trained them all very well. I was literally there all afternoon since my taxes are involved. I was not rushed one bit and they treated me like family as well.
