Prompt, reasonably priced and fixed our issue. If you are looking for someone who will repair your door, not automatically say you need to replace it, this is your company. read more

Fast response, friendly and professional service and great value. My garage door wasn't working right so the realigned the optical sensor system(wiggled the light thingie). And, yes, I had tried doing that but I am not a professional thingie wiggler. He also lubed the rollers and hinges. The price was very fair for a service call. I will definitely call them again for anything garage door related. read more

Don Pedro and Sons have serviced different things on our garage door three times now. Each visit has been quick, he has had the parts and his prices are great. He used quality parts that last and communication via text is clear and up to date. Today our service window was 11am - 1pm and he texted at 11am saying he would be at our house at 11:30am and he was on time. Today we needed the garage door spring replaced as ours had broken, he had the job done in a half hour with a better quality, longer lasting spring. From his first visit a few years ago for another issue to his third visit today, we are really pleased with his work and happy we found him. read more

Update - I did have the garage doors replaced. Pedro and his son did an excellent job! My GC reframed the garage as I went from 2 doors to one large door. And, Pedro reframed the opening itself and installed the new door. I get compliments all the time on how great my garage looks. I opted for a "classic" style Clopay door 16x9 with a R-9 level of insulation (higher than the most basic option). And, windows of course. It's hurricane wind rated and passed all inspections. The cost was $2830 for the door. What a deal! I'm really pleased with how it really moderates temperature in my garage - the adjacent walls would get warm and a couple of closets might as well have been saunas. But no longer! Also, being insulated it's VERY quiet as it goes up and down. No more rattling. I'm really happy with my choice and I would recommend Pedro for any of your garage door needs! read more

Very good service and excellent job on installing the springs. Fast and price are reasonable. Thank you Don.

Let me tell you about my new best friends who saved us from the broken garage door horror story over the weekend! My husband got home from the supermarket and closed the garage door, only to hear a large "BANG" right after it closed. Our spring broke- it was Saturday afternoon, and our now prevous garage door company wasn't answering their phone because they're not open weekends. Enter Don Pedro & Sons who not only answered the call but scheduled us for a service Sunday morning. They had us back up and running in less than an hour! They were polite and helpful, even tightened up a loose belt in the process. Many thanks to them because we would have been stuck waiting Monday for another service. read more

My garage door works again!!! One of my garage door springs broke on Monday. I called that day to schedule an appointment. Pedro answered my call (no Phone Tag) and we set a time that worked with my schedule...a 1 hour time frame (NOT a 4 hour window like many businesses give for service calls). Pedro called to let me know he was on his way, and he arrived on time. In about 30 minutes, he had replaced both my garage door springs, and my door is working better than it has in a long time. The price I was quoted on the phone was the price I paid. There were no hidden fees or extra charges. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Don Pedro and Sons for garage repair. read more

Great service, fair price, very skilled in his profession. Best part is that Pedro and I never even had any face to face interaction. We communicated first through yelp then through texting. I needed work done for my parents house and they don't speak English. Pedro arrived to the house, kept me informed throughout, and showed my parents how to operate their new garage. Quick and simple setup, payment was easy as well. Unfortunate that I couldn't give him a handshake or get him a beer. read more
