We also went back and reviewed the contract to make sure we didn't misunderstand anything or miss any conditions, and everything on our end was followed properly, including cleaning up after ourselves. The full payment of nearly $1,800 was made on time, and at this point we are still waiting on a $250 deposit refund that hasn't been returned.

I reserved a bouncer on Thursday October 23rd for Saturday November 1st. I was required to submit a deposit of $30 to reserve it. On Monday the 27th I canceled it however the business owner has refused to issue me a refund. He told me my deposit is non refundable even though it is not specified anywhere that the deposit is "non-refundable". He is very unprofessional and rude. He offered to give me credit of $30 but I do not want to give him my business. It is not unreasonable to cancel the reservation for the bouncer 5 days in advance. He doesn't believe in customer satisfaction so I advise all to not give him your business. He couldn't accommodate an earlier delivery for me so this is the reason I had to cancel.
