Then hours later got text after text of them mocking me and sounding proud that they're keeping my deposit. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for party rentals. First time ever dealing with this company and it will be the last…read more Several items where rented from this business. One of them being a jumper. When the jumper was dropped off the vendor was advised it might be moved as we where not sure on the set up for the event yet. When the jumper was moved it was moved carefully to not cause any damage. And there was no damage done. Once the vendor showed up (and I believe her name is Carmen) she stated there would be a 40$ fee for moving the jumper. We advised her this was never mentioned when we advised the jumper would be moved nor was it previously stated prior to or at the time the rental agreement took place. She stated that it was an issue because on cement they placed one tarp down and on a dirt surface it would be two or more tarps. Once review of this page and other pages like google or Facebook no pictures not even the ones from the vendor reflected this. We asked for the policy or wording that expressed that there would be a fee. And she could not provide this. She said pay and I will provide it after. She then said she would not fight over 40$ and said she would never rent to that address and we said fine. Once she left she decided to text the number she had for us and state that we where irresponsible that we didn't even have money to pay for the services requested. ( not true we where denying to pay the amount that she stated was a policy when she had nothing to reflect this). She then insulted us and our guests stating we where pigs and stupid and also looked like we didn't have money to eat let alone 40$ for her made up policy. Very rude lady that feels entitled to charge unnecessary fees. Based on her other reviews it seems like she likes to text and send rude messages to her clients after the fact. It was also very weird she showed up with a group of kids to pick up her rented items in a pick up truck where there was obviously no safe seating for everyone she brought with her.
