Tara gave the best deep tissue massage that I've ever had. I was in Tupelo on a work trip and could barely walk or get comfortable sitting down. My lower back was completely "locked up." After a quick Yelp search I found this place and they were able to work me in the same day. I'm truly amazed at how much relief Tara was able to bring me in one 1hr session. Today my first encounter at Creative Touch Day Spa and Salon. The spa I usually use was completely booked. This place was difficult to find, go pass the Dollar General and you'll see it. I was late for my appointment so I wasn't able to get my pedicure done but I was so happy they still did my manicure. The is plenty of free parking. The store is well maintained. The staff was friendly. The lady who did my nails did a fabulous job and she was very nice. I think I found a new place. I do recommend this place and I would come back! read more

Hair Stylist, Tammy Hood, projects a genuine interest in the client's hopes, goals, lifestyle and concerns and in hrecommending the best solution(s) to help the client to acheive those situational needs. I have entrusted the care of my hair on a weekly basis for 4 weeks now, and I have not been disappointed. She has appeared to be fashion forward while being punctual, professional and a great conversationist. Tammy, in a nut shell, is kind in her delivery of quality professionalism. At times in the past at times, I have had lofty expectations only to be dissatisfied and disappointed. I have 2 degrees in marketing which has proven to give me a sharp eye for discerning the quality of goods and services, and Tammy has, thus far, delivered well on all fronts. I'm new to the Tupelo area, so I am most grateful for my friend's early recommendation to check out Creative Touch. I received a gift card / certificate for a Christmas package special - "Snow Angel". The gift card did not have an expiration date. I was about to receive my massage when I was told by the salon that they no longer sold these gift cards so they would not redeem mine. I feel this is deceptive sales practice as I would have redeemed my gift card sooner had there been an expiration or had I known they would not honor it. I feel a fair offer would have been for the salon to still honor the purchase made by the gift giver and provide the massage gifted even though they no longer sold these gift cards, they still offered the services for which the gift card was for. read more

My boyfriend went out of his way to surprise me with a day at the spa! We both regret that surprise! While getting my hair done I had to listen to my stylist talk about how she learned nothing through beauty school but only through experience of the salons she worked at! I also showed her what I wanted my hair to look like and after all said and done my hair looked nothing like I wanted or showed to her! I went to other stylist showing them my hair and what I wanted and all of them said the same thing, there was no excuse for my hair not to look like what I asked for! I will never go back nor will I ever refer anyone! My boyfriend went out his way to do something sweet and make me feel special and I ended up walking out of there feeling very embarrassed! read more
