I am accustomed to receiving highlights with a foil application. Teri stated she was going to use a cap and pull my hair through it. I told her I had found it not effective at getting the color to the scalp. She said " I can get it to the scalp." I asked if the fees were the same and she said yes, $120.00 wait her way. She insisted on the cap, so I allowed her to use it. She instructed me to hold the cap ties down and not tie the cap. I had to hold the ties the entire time she pulled my hair through the holes. The results were just as I had told her, I had obvious area where the color was no where near the scalp, especially in the front hair line. I had to part my hair in a certain area to cover the mess she made. I went to another salon to have it corrected. I would not recommend l.

The lady scheduled for my hair came in 15 minutes late after I was already rushing. Being biracial, I felt as though my hair was an issue. The manager and her daughter were both on my hair pulling and tugging it with the wrong brush that was clearly wrong. The straighteners they used were also very used. My hair came out frizzy and big rather than sleek and straight. I walked out of there ready to cry. I called my original stylist and she fixed their mistakes. Choose your SALONS WISELY. I visited this shop on a Wednesday afternoon. I had an appointment so the wait wasn't long. I was…read morereally excited about this place because I'm very busy and not many places offer appointments. I can't say anyone was friendly. The woman who did my nails seemed to be in a bad mood which was strange because her dog was in the shop and usually dogs lighten ones mood. The next morning my nails turned a grey-ish/black color. I called the shop on Friday and described what I was seeing on my nails. She asked me to stop by and show her. I came by and showed her and she told me that the discoloration is from wearing dark clothing and rubbing my nails against my clothes. Normally I would accept this explanation but I work from home and haven't gone to the office in months or worn dark jeans in months. The black tights I was wearing are at least 3 years old and have been washed several times. And I've gotten light colors from other salons and have never had this issue. I thought it was the nail color but instead of just offering to fix it. She blamed me for the issue then offered to put a clear coat on top. Then she reluctantly said I could wait and pick out a different color. I waited a few minutes and left it wasn't worth it.
