I am accustomed to receiving highlights with a foil application. Teri stated she was going to use a cap and pull my hair through it. I told her I had found it not effective at getting the color to the scalp. She said " I can get it to the scalp." I asked if the fees were the same and she said yes, $120.00 wait her way. She insisted on the cap, so I allowed her to use it. She instructed me to hold the cap ties down and not tie the cap. I had to hold the ties the entire time she pulled my hair through the holes. The results were just as I had told her, I had obvious area where the color was no where near the scalp, especially in the front hair line. I had to part my hair in a certain area to cover the mess she made. I went to another salon to have it corrected. I would not recommend l.

The lady scheduled for my hair came in 15 minutes late after I was already rushing. Being biracial, I felt as though my hair was an issue. The manager and her daughter were both on my hair pulling and tugging it with the wrong brush that was clearly wrong. The straighteners they used were also very used. My hair came out frizzy and big rather than sleek and straight. I walked out of there ready to cry. I called my original stylist and she fixed their mistakes. Choose your SALONS WISELY.
