Dr. Racheal makes me feel like family everytime I walk in her building and this is why i will forever tell people who my injector is when they ask! She lets you voice what your concerns are and then she will guide you correctly and one thing I love about Dr Racheal is she will not let you spend unnecessary money if she truly believes you do not need it. I asked about fillers in my cheeks one time and she told me I wasn't ready for fillers in my cheeks yet. Told me don't put fillers when they aren't needed. I'm 45 and I only get botox and she is helping me build my lips with Versa lip filler. I highly recommend doing your own research like I did mine and if Dr Racheal fits everything you're looking for then you should make an appointment just like I did and when Mary Catherine answers the phone she will get you the best available appointment that fits your schedule! I walk back to the nail station and there are fingernail clippings on the ground. Ok, whatever. There are three people working here. Guess they've been busy. As soon as I'm seated, the owner/receptionist lady breezes out with a cool "I'm gone" yelled out to the salon. K, bye? My manicurist asks me what I'd like. I say just a mani and some polish. She says that will be the same price as gel or dips. (Which turned out to be a staggering $50) I'm like ok, I'm a dip girl usually. We proceed. She starts filling my nails down with her little machine operated file. Once they are paper thin, she moves to the cuticles. Once I am covered in all my nail shavings that flew up from the electric file, she begins painting. Awesome. Never had my dead skin painted into my fingernails before.Not a single towel or drop of alcohol was used in this process. No hand washing. Nothing. She used a rough $1 hard nail file to rub my fingers after she was done dipping them in clear dip? 9 times, then painting polish over the top??? Never in my life, and I've had a dip every two weeks for years. The paint/dip job was so sloppy, I had to peel stuff off my PALMS afterward. I look like I have an out of control fungus on my nails. My fingers are swollen. Jesus Christ. I feel so violated, I can't even discuss the rest of it. This should be enough to let you know : do not go there. There's a reason you have to make an appointment ahead of time for your nail girl. So you don't have To experience horrible shit like this. Be warned, ladies.

Have short curly hair and prior cut in another city was fabulous! Grew out great still looked great but just needed cut! She indicated she could see the shape but wow just didn't quite get it done! I'm in the market for a new place has been a horrible cut, difficult to deal with from the beginning and now out of control! So unless you have name of someone in particular that comes recommended steer clear!

The girl was super friendly & referred me to Park Place to see Chloe. Chloe was very sweet & so kind to work me in last minute & did a great job on my haircut!! I visited this shop on a Wednesday afternoon. I had an appointment so the wait wasn't long. I was…read morereally excited about this place because I'm very busy and not many places offer appointments. I can't say anyone was friendly. The woman who did my nails seemed to be in a bad mood which was strange because her dog was in the shop and usually dogs lighten ones mood. The next morning my nails turned a grey-ish/black color. I called the shop on Friday and described what I was seeing on my nails. She asked me to stop by and show her. I came by and showed her and she told me that the discoloration is from wearing dark clothing and rubbing my nails against my clothes. Normally I would accept this explanation but I work from home and haven't gone to the office in months or worn dark jeans in months. The black tights I was wearing are at least 3 years old and have been washed several times. And I've gotten light colors from other salons and have never had this issue. I thought it was the nail color but instead of just offering to fix it. She blamed me for the issue then offered to put a clear coat on top. Then she reluctantly said I could wait and pick out a different color. I waited a few minutes and left it wasn't worth it.
