Michelle and her husband are one of the most kind genuine people I've met in a very long time. It touched me in a way were I haven't been in a while. I went this past week for fibroblasting training and just the evil I have witnessed in people has given me a negative bias on everyone but these people warmed my heart and attitude and made me remember there's always kind people like that still out there. On top of that every employee here is very knowledgeable like Tamara and the receptionist. I can't wait to see everyone again some day read more

Michelle was amazing ... I just got my eyebrows tattooed today by her and I'm already in love with it .. I can not wait for how they will look after they are all healed up. When I arrived, immediately she made me feel very comfortable and was very professional the whole time. I showed her a picture of how I wanted my eyebrows to look like but also told her to do what she think is best because I know that every face structure is different. So she did her thing and drew what my eyebrows will look like, asked if I like it, then she did her magic. She did the 3d eyebrows embroidery for me. When she finally finished I was so happy. It looks so natural. I went home to show my husband even he was impressed with the result and how natural it looked. I would recommend her to anyone. I posted up a picture of her work that she did for me today. And will post another one in a few weeks .. Please excuse my face, I have no coverup on read more

Dec 2017 update - I came back to Michelle for an eyebrow micro blading touch up almost 2 years after she did my original microblading. I am equally as thrilled with her work! She did both shaping with outline and shading, as well as the 3D microblade hair strokes and my brows look beyond amazing. She is truly an artist! If I could give 10 stars I would! I came to Michelle for I "eyebrow microblading". She spent a great amount of time consulting with me about my preferred shape, thickness, and color and spent time looking through all of the photos I had brought with me. She then provided plenty of opportunities before, during, and immediately after the procedure for me to suggest any changes. She kept me comfortable and pain-free with frequent applications of numbing cream throughout the procedure. I was very nervous prior to my appointment, but I am so happy with my results! read more

The micro blading treatment has changed my life... I seriously have no idea why I waited so long to do this. I could not be more thrilled with the outcome that Michelle provided me. Michelle was so patient with me as we discussed the overall shape and look of my brows. The downtime and recovery process was quite easy. The first week they seemed a little bit dark but once they healed they lightened up so don't freak out.... I have Always had very thin eyebrows. And therefore I penciled/powdered them in everyday. We all know how challenging it is to get the shape and color to look natural, the struggle is real. This is absolutely cit down on the time it takes me to get ready in the morning. And I now wear less make up all together. On weekends I literally put mascara on and go. And I cannot wait for this summer to be able to go swimming and still have eyebrows! Thank you, thank you, thank you Michelle I am absolutely thrilled and I will be back for my touchups as needed! read more

Michelle is really the very best at what she does. I've had permanent cosmetics done on my eyebrows three other times by two other artists. I was never happy. I wish I found Michelle 10 years ago. She listened to what I wanted and expected. She took her time to measure properly and insure that my eyebrows were not just shaped perfectly but set perfectly and evenly on my face. I'm very picky and particular and she really accommodated me. Most importantly.... she didn't just want to take my money and finish the job. It was very clear that my happiness with the finished product was just as important to her as it was to me. Her knowledge, experience and pride in her work are seriously unmatched by anyone in my humble opinion. Thanks Michelle! I'll definitely refer you to anyone interested in permanent cosmetics... read more

I made an appointment and was nervous at first becuase I never had my eyebrows done before and was afraid of the results. After I got to my appointment Michelle gave me a consultation and matched the color and shape to exactly how I wanted it. I then had my service done and I was amazed at the results and how good they looked on me. I wouldn't refer anybody to anywhere else. Plus the rooms were kept really clean and sanitary. Thanks Michelle for the amazing job you did!!! read more

STRONG NO on recommending this business! The office is close, so the times they put on this web site arent accurate, you call the office you'll get the voicemail box isnt set up yet. You call or text the owner, michelle gillis and her voicemail is full and ignores her texts. How unprofessional is that to not even call your client that you yourself set up the appt. that you cant make it or your running late but no notification and just dont show up!..respect people's precious time. If you cant even keep up with the sacramento place i wonder how your vegas branch you were claiming is doing. I feel bad for the students who pay for the class when you just have them watch videos and wait at the receiving area when your place was still open, cause you scheduled 2 clients at once to do their brows. I was one of those client, i even told you then you were making me nervouse cause you are not focus on my brows cause you were answering the phone and attending to the student. So disorganize...multi tasking you cant handle, people lost confidence on you from not being focus while you do someone's brows. I hope the student who complained to me while i was leaving got their money back cause thats illegal, their time and money wasted sitting on the waiting area when they are suppose to be learning something what they paid for to learn. So hopefully they spread the words and not go to your classes. Wonder why no one works the front desk anymore and your were doing answering phone calls while you are attending to a client working on their brows read more

Michelle is such a sweet person!! Very professional and is the type of person who will take her time to get it right and makes sure you're comfortable!! I love my eyebrows!! I went with the hair stroke embroidery eyebrows and I'm glad I went to Michelle! I honestly would recommend her to anyone who's been wanting their eyebrows done or other permanent makeup. I've seen her work and she's magnificent! My eyebrows was previously done by another artist about 5 years ago and since had been faded, and I'm glad Michelle was able to do the hair stroke one that I've been wanting to get done. It looks natural and no more having to redraw my eyebrows!! Saving me 10-15 mins in the morning to get ready!! I'm so glad I found Michelle and went to her! Thank you Michelle!! read more

She was nice and seemed eager to please, and the salon is in a great location. However, I can't say this is as good as it gets. 1. She was a bit disorganized. She numbed my eyes and then realized she forgot to have me fill out a form, so she took off the cream to allow me to fill it out and then put the cream back on. On the plus side, my eyelids definitely got numb :) 2. While I was on the table w/ cream on my eyes a woman came in and hung out for a lesson on false eyelashes. It was kind of awkward...I thought I would have privacy. Going to a different room or somewhere outside the room would've made me more comfortable. 3. Before she tattooed she showed me a thicker eyeliner look on my right eye and a thinner look that went a little further out on my left. I told her I liked the right eye look so she did that...on my right eye. My left eye has the thin look that went a little further out. Also the eyeliner on my left eye went further into the corner than the right one, which I pointed out and she fixed. I will have other issues corrected as well (elsewhere), it's just a bummer she didn't make sure everything matched or notice it didn't. 4. When she was working on my left eye she had cream on my right eye which is totally fine until she started telling me to open and close my eyes while she was tattooing. The cream got in my eye and it really stings! I told her but she still asked me to open and close. Ouch! 5. She sent me a text saying I could reply to her, but she didn't respond to them. Update: I did a consult with someone else and she basically said Michelle did a bad job. In addition to the issues I mentioned before, she didn't go far enough into the lashes on my right eye and she dug so deep it created scar tissue which is a big no-no. read more

I have been doing my research for quite some time now to get 3D eyebrow embroidery tattoo done & I'm so glad that I went with Michelle!!! First of all, when you meet her, she's just the sweetest person. She makes you feel comfortable and answers any questions or concerns that you may have. When I had my consultation, I was able to see her in action! She truly is an artist, pays close attention to small detail & makes sure that you're happy with what she's created for your specific face! She gives you her honest opinion but at the same time, she's open to hearing your suggestions or what you're particularly looking for. I had a pleasurable experience with her & encourage everyone to do business with her ! You will not regret it! I'm looking forward to our follow up appointment!!!! ;) read more

I am very happy to have found Michelle. I have been getting permanent make up done on my eyebrows for approximately 20 years and over the years based on going to different artists the color had become terrible and the shape was not flattering anymore. I wanted to make a decent change that would be a shape that would be classic and lasting. For anybody who has not done permanent make up before, you should know it is not permanent, and will always need to be touched up every 1 to 3 years depending on your preference and skin. A friend recommended a gal up in Cameron Park whom i went to for a consultation. Based on the true correction need that I had she actually steered me towards Michelle due to her having such a great ability to do corrections and shape work. I could not be happier. Michelle is not cheap, but you get what you pay for for sure. Not only did she do a great job I love the shape I love the color and it ended up taking a few tries to get the color correction when adding extra to the shape. Michelle is a perfectionist and had me come in until it was done to her satisfaction and mine. I will forever go back to her for future touchups and if I ever decide to do anything other than brows!! read more

I had permanent eyeliner done by Michelle at Creative Touch Beauty. After 7 days there is no evidence it was even done, other than about half a line in the top. She does not guarantee her work, no refunds. I followed all her directions, not to get eyes wet, not to pick or rub the eyes, sleep in elevated position, no heavy exercise, etc. very disappointing. read more

Michelle was very kind, helpful and precise. What I loved most about her was that she does her job and she does it well. At first I was afraid about getting my brows done because I was very picky and wanted it well done. I didn't want any mistakes but with Michelle I didn't have to worry about any of that because she's very organized, talented and careful with your brows. I would recommend Creative Touch Beauty to anyone who's thinking about getting permanent makeup with microblading. read more

Most impressive! Michelle offers the utmost in customer service and artistry. This is the place to go, (and worth traveling from far and wide) to receive the ultimate brows in permanent cosmetics. I cannot say enough about Michelle, she is AMAZING! read more

I love my eyebrows. Michelle made me feel so comfortable. She is a professional at this.

Can I give ten stars? Personable, talented, amazing artist! I can't say enough positive things about Michelle and the amazing job she did giving me eyebrows that I have always dreamed of having. I came to her with mishapen, shaggy, misplaced and sparse eyebrows and came out with beautiful, well-placed natural-looking brows that are a beauty to behold! I would have done this many years ago if I would have known this was possible, but then again, I probably wouldn't have known about Michelle then, so I doubt I could have had the fabulous result I ended up with if I had taken the leap earlier. If you are on the fence and trying to decide if this is the thing for you, just do it! You won't regret it! Thank you, Michelle! Janet 5/16/2015 I just wanted to add an update now that it has been a month and a half since I first went to see Michelle. I added eyeliner to the eyebrows which she did for me, and she continues to amaze me with her artistic ability. She looks at her client's faces and helps them understand what would look good for them. I appreciate having an artist as my professional consultant and the one placing my permanent makeup. I have complete faith in her ability to make me beautiful. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!!! read more

Michelle is very professional and very experienced in her work. I was referred to her by my sister. I saw how great of a job Michelle did with my sister eyebrows, I didn't want anyone else to tattoo my eyebrows. I have never had any type of tattoo on my body so I was a little nervous. Michelle was so nice and explained in detail about the procedure. She eased my nerves and I felt so much comfortable after talking to her. She showed me the equipment she uses which has never been used (packaged and sealed) for every customer. I can't say enough on how thankful I am to Michelle and her great work. I will be recommending Michelle to all my family and friends. I love my new eyebrows!! read more

Just had my eyebrows done by Michelle and I'm extremely HAPPY with the results of my first visit. Michelle is very professional and very detailed with her work. She took her time to make sure it was done right. She is very sweet and has great customer service. I would have never considered tattooing my eyebrows but after seeing her work and reviews of other satisfied customers, I was sold!! Thank you Michelle, see you in a month for my touch up :) read more

Michelle is a wonderful talented artist! My first procedure was 3D eyebrows. I am blonde and was not blessed with beautiful brows I have always used a pencil to draw them in. The technique she uses looks like individual hairs! I instantly looked 10 years younger!! I was always afraid of permanent makeup because of my fair skin and blonde hair. Michelle is so careful in having the client choose a color. I was very conservative so when I came for my touch up we went a little bit darker I am in love with my brows! Michelle is so fun to talk with the environment is beautiful and Serene. She made me so comfortable I actually fell asleep during the procedure a :-) my next procedure was Permanent eyeliner. Once again I was amazed at how beautifully talented she is! When I wake up in the morning with no makeup I just look better it is not obvious that I have permanent liner it is a shade that just brings out the color of my eyes. Finally my third procedure was micro needling facial. I have friends that have spent a fortune on this procedure. Michelle's prices are very reasonable and she takes hours. She focused on a scar from a skin cancer removal and actually brought the color back into the White Scar that had been on my face for years. My pores literally disappeared and my fine lines dramatically improved with only one treatment . She is truly a perfectionist and I can't say enough about how spoiled I feel while in her care. I highly recommend Michelle to anyone who wants to improve skin tone or try a natural form of permanent makeup read more

Just made an account to make this review. After many of my awesome experiences with Michelle I think can say for certain that Michelle is the most talented, professional, and friendly artist I've ever met! When I went there to get my eyebrows done, Michelle made them the most alluring and natural eyebrows I've ever seen! While being very professional in talents, she is very friendly and wants to get to know every customer she knows; from the moment when you walk in to her studio she makes you feel like you've been her friend all along. I'm very satisfied with my experiences and I'm sure I'll be coming to see her again soon. read more

Today I just went to Michelle to get the eye brow feathering and I would say that she is extremely professional and talks you through the procedure and is very precise. I had my eyebrows tattooed by Michelle and I couldn't be happier. She evened them out (one was higher than the other) and gave them the perfect shape for my face. Her main goal is to make her clients happy. I have referred her services to my friends and will return to her for other services in the future. She is very professional, her place is clean and uncluttered, and she is a kind and caring person who really cares about her clients. I recommend her services highly. read more
