I have used Creative Threads a couple times for work uniforms and t-shirts for the school club I sponsor. They are easy to work with. Communication is a piece of cake by email. After they work on the logo you want on your shirts, they send you a picture of what you want for your t-shirts for your approval. I have deigned shirts on my own and sent them the graphic I want with the fonts I want and they work with me without any issues. They do everything they can to make your vision reality. Orders are ready in two weeks. You are responsible for following up with them as they don't call you to let you know your order status. I can see why that may bother some folks, but just be ready for having to call them if you decide to use their services. I recommend Creative Threads for anything, whether it be a small job to a large order. In fact, I need to go visit them soon to embroider my new teacher polos. read more

I have a love / hate relationship with this place. I love the quality of the shirts, I love the costs, I love the location & ease of ordering since we are also located in Homestead, FL. BUT I hate the amount they care for smaller businesses that aren't schools. I hate that they mess up an order or forget parts of the shirt WHEN I SEND A PICTURE OF EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED. I hate that they tell you an estimated time that they would be done (and I understand delays) and its no where near the time frame that you actually get the call. I hate the fact that when they mess up your order, and give you the excuse "well its school season so you wont get the shirts back for another week or two" WHEN THEY are the ones that messed up. So would I recommend them? If you don't mind getting shirts that a few weeks late and probably wrong so your having to wait for them to redo/fix them for another week or so, then yes the cost & convenience of them are good :)) Ive ordered from them multiple times (I know, I should know by now) and every time its something. read more

This company is very disorganized, unprofessional, and their workmanship is subpar. Take a look at my photos and see it for yourself. Not only was my order not ready by the time they promised it, but finally when I was told it was ready for pick up and my husband showed up to pick it up he was told that our order was not ready. He asked them to make sure because I called earlier and I was told that the order was ready. Well they checked again and found our order. They said that they couldn't find it because they had not put a name on our order. However, our entire order was truly not ready. They forgot to place my daughter's name on her jacket. So my husband had to leave and when he returned to pick it up, he still had to wait some more! And to top it off take a look at the name placement on her jacket, it's crooked! I ordered my daughter's school shirts a month before school started. She needed blue and gray shirts as required by the school and this is supposedly the only provider that the school works with. You would think they would carry them. They said they did not have the shirts in blue but they could be ordered and would arrive before the beginning of the school year. I came multiple times to pick them up and was always welcomed with, they're not here yet and a rotten attitude. I finally came again today. I figured that 2 months would be sufficient time and the lady simply says she doesn't have them. I hear her asking in the back and the lady says, for the first time since I placed this order, "well.. I just can't do that". She comes back, opens the register, pulls out money, places it on the counter and says "here's your refund". I said to her, this is not the way you do customer service. You can't just keep me coming back and then decide two months later that you just don't feel like fulfilling the order and throw some money on the counter. The order wasn't ready, and the worker was clearly frustrated (at her coworkers) and could care less. If I could give 0 stars I would. I have used this place before and never had any problems. The last time I dropped off an order I was told it would take 2 weeks to complete my order. It took nearly 4 weeks to complete. The customer service was terrible. Not everyone was rude but the one person I talked to after dropping off the order made me feel as if it was my fault that it took so long. I did not receive any phone calls stating that the order was taking longer than expected nor did they call to let me know the order was ready. I support local business every chance I get but I will no longer take any business to Creative Threads. read more
