The staff is always friendly when I'm picking up my prints and double check everything with me before I walk out the door. I showed up at 5 and everyone there had no idea I had even submitted an order. Needless to say, they were dumbfounded and proceeded to explain that their color copier wasn't working. Why they couldn't tell me that after I submitted the order at 9am is beyond me. Unbelievable.

Not only was there shoddy communication from our "project manager" (emails went unanswered for weeks), the final product was less than ideal. The actual decals lacked the clean, professional look we desired. And when I asked if they could make a smaller decal with no background for a whiteboard we had, they told us it would be impossible because they didn't have the tools necessary. Well, we found another company near by who did. And most importantly they DOUBLE CHARGED US on that order, while at the same time telling us the second decal they printed "because there was extra space" was for free. I replied asking for a quote with taxes to take back to my group and as of today 9/16 no response. So I decided to call today to get a quote and at no point did she apologize for not responding to my email but proceeds to tell me she can't provide that without creating an invoice and could not create an invoice until the order was placed. I have never heard of this and our organization gets quotes all the time from buisnesses. I told her since it was such an inconvenience on her part we will check elsewhere and she said ok bye bye.
