They keep saying their billing department will get it fixed... then they don't. Also, when I first started seeing a counselor here, they were unable to tell me the cost. I finally got an estimate, and then several months later received the first bill which was for a significantly higher amount than I had been given. I'd already had several appointments by this time and then was suddenly out a lot more money than expected. The therapists don't do prescriptions, and they don't tell you that there is a completely separate (and very high) charge for the brief meeting with the person who does prescriptions. If you need to make a change or get a refill - you guessed it, it's another full charge for a visit. I tried to reach them via the chat on their website - they have you go through a bunch of hoops, provide your name and number and address, and then... a message that nobody is available and you have to call. After waiting on hold for a while, the phone just went to a voicemail and said they will call me back. SURE they will. What if I was having an actual mental health crisis? I hate to say this but the skills of the counselors don't matter when my entire interaction with the company is causing me massive anxiety and financial challenges. I am now worse off than before I started seeing anybody here and completely regret the entire experience.

Which, in the world of mental health, is not always easy to find. I felt listened to and respected by all. The billing department helped me when I had an insurance issue. They are very quick with any paperwork you may need. They have always had appointments available timely and the space is very comforting to be in. It does not feel like a medical office at all. Bills have disappeared, reappeared etc. Today I had a 930am appointment scheduled and verified via email and text, Franklin street doors and lights were locked and off. No one answered calls or knocks on windows. Received a call and voicemail at 10:15am (45 minutes after scheduled appointment and 75 minutes after the office is supposed to open daily,) apologizing stating the receptionist 'had an appointment.' SO DID I lol! Why didn't the doctor I was scheduled to see come see why his patient wasn't there? Weak. Poor form.
