I was referred to her by my massage therapist that works in the same office as her. I am so glad that I went to her! Itzel was very friendly and her room was clean and welcoming. She made sure to clean up my eyebrows only and did not try to alter the shape like other estheticians have done in the past, which have ruined my brows. She really knows what she is doing and listens to what you want. $15 to have my eyebrows waxed by Itzel was totally worth it! I will definitely be going back to her moving forward and spreading the word about her excellent work :)

Itzel is very detailed and takes her time shaping your eyebrows, not once did I feel like I was being rushed. I can tell she loves what she does because my results came out to be amazing. I have done the initial microblading, and the 6 week touch up, and i am so happy with the results. My daughter also got her eyebrows waxed and she was also happy with her eyebrow shape. She didn't even introduce herself and instead swiped on an iPad and showed me two pictures showing the difference between hybrid and classic. That was it. We went back and I told her what I was looking for and from there did not say a word to me for the whole application. Halfway through the application, the other gal walked in and they started conversing as if I wasn't even sitting there; going as far as to mention that the glue they had was likely a year or so old. Leaving was not any better, she handed me a mirror and a fan and then just told me to get up when I was ready. She didn't walk me out or offer to schedule a fill and not even 12 hours later I already had lashes falling out. I would absolutely not recommend their services again.

So I had my eyebrows tattooed 3 years before, and it came out uneven so I was SO skeptical about…read moredoing it again once I managed to get the ink to fade. But I wanted to give it another go cause I'm tired of filling in my brows everyday. In the before photo, you can see how the ink was faded and you can see my natural hair again, along with the red tint from the previous job. So I decided why not try again with someone more experienced. Jessika did my brows and it was comfortable, almost painless, I could have fallen asleep. (I fall asleep when she does my lashes) I asked for a more natural look than the bold design I had before. It's just a personal preference for a subtle brow for me....and she executed it perfectly! She did a color correction, reshaped them to fit my eyes and shape of face better. I forgot to save a freshly done pic :( but here's the end result! 3-4 weeks healed. No more shading in my brows again! Definitely will come back for touch ups! Thank you Jessika!
