Christian called and was planning to bring more dirt but I asked that he wait because all the rain had the yard soggy and his trailer and wheelbarrow would tear up the yard. In the meantime, I, a 72 year old woman, filled in the entire trench with topsoil and sand to ensure not more washing when it rained and it work. I. Alone, put out over a half ton of dirt/sand. Later that day I cycled every zone and noticed some did not shut off. I immediately called them back and Amy had the crew back out at my house to find the root cause. Mel (one of the servicemen) was very knowledgeable and fixed my first concern regarding my leak on the manifold and came to fix the issue as to why my zones would not shut off as well. They completed the project in record time, even fitting me in ahead of schedule, which was a huge relief considering spring rains were on their way. The crew was fantastic--professional, friendly, and respectful of my property. They communicated with me every step of the way, answering all my questions quickly and thoroughly, sending me photos of the work to assuage any concerns. It was clear that they take great pride in their work, and they left my yard in perfect condition, cleaning up meticulously after the job was done. One wrench in the project was that I had an invisible fence line that ran through multiple areas of excavation, and I knew there was no chance that line wasn't going to be cut. What really blew me away, was that Cristian went out and repaired the damage and the line works perfectly again; talk about above and beyond! A week later, the drainage system works perfectly, and my yard is shockingly dry considering the recent heavy rain.
