Full set with gel by Doug
Stephanie R.

Doug was great! He did a really good job on my gel full set. He was fun to talk to and I would definitely go back.

I went there this past Monday. Victoria is garbage!!!! She got mad when I asked for a certain kind of manicure, if you don't want to do the work then don't work there. She then aggressively started to cut my cuticles and made me bleed and said it was an accident. She should be FIRED for the way she treats and talks about people!!!! I give you ZERO stars because of her!! I will never be back my nails look like trash a huge waste of money. My toenail polish is already coming off too. This was the most unrelaxing "spa" experience I've ever had!!!

Avoid Creative Nail Salon, Llc at all costs

I was once a frequent client and hadn't been in awhile. Got a gift certificate at Christmas and because of COVID 19 hadn't been to make an appointment. The salon opened back up and I had a short window to use the gift certificate. I got their Pina Colada pedicure option, which included callous removal. My nail tech she scrubbed my callous with An erase type sponge when I was there it hadn't bothered me. And I asked her if she could remove my ingrown toenail on same side of callous, left foot. My foot started hurting about 2 hours after I left. I reached out on social media to Creative Nail Salon and they requested I called to talk on phone about my issues, so I obliged. They wanted a picture of my foot and acted like it was my fault like my skin was too thin. I've had 100's of pedicures in my life! I reminded them when I had taken my my mom there when she wasn't Bed bound and how poorly we were treated. She has Alzheimer's and was assured they were Alzheimer's friendly. Wrong! I will never spend another dime in there,I will let everyone know how horrible this place is!! i wanted my $40 returned. That was never offered!! I haven't been able to show off my pretty polish because my callous is still hurting and either requires a sock or shoe. My doctor says not to go barefoot til this is completely healed. He advised me NOT to ever go to this nail salon and one that doesn't stand behind their work. Stay far away from Creative Nail Spa. Guess they can't refund their $40, it just might be the way they can take their little get aways. I will recommend other nail salons, just ask. Customer service is horrible beyond words!!

Bad nails

The first time I went, my gel nails peeled off in 2 days. I thought it's because I didn't have an appointment and they were rushing. This time I made an appointment and still did not receive good service. I asked for oval shaped nails and got aYes, I bite my natural nails, but I've been other places to get acrylic sets done that have looked AMAZING.

example of misshapen nail

Can't believe i wasted my money here. Asked for a design which is the only reason i came here and they refused because i was a walk in. If I'm paying 50+ dollars for my nails to be done they should be done the way i want them to. Instead i got a misshapen heart on my finger that i myself have to go home and cover. They also cut up my cuticles pretty bad, most of the time it was painful. Please do not go here.

I went there about January 2020, I asked for these pretty ombré nails with pink at the top going down white. I didn't get what I paid for. This place is so unsanitary the guy didn't even wipe his desk off and there was that dust stuff from acrylics everywhere! He didn't use gloves or a new file for me he used the same one for the past costumers on me. He glued my acrylic on crooked and when he was shaping them he was very aggressive and wasn't easy on me. When he did the paint it was a very very light pink and you could still see through a little. There was even finger prints on my acrylic from when he did the dip powder. Definitely don't waste your money there over priced and gross.

Very nice! They learn your name quickly and use it often even remembering it when you arrive again. I had the Paradise Pedicure & loved it. The paraffin wax was awesome!!!

The Nu Spa pedi is great. So relaxing and wonderful products used. Even my 6 year old had a great time getting a pedi!

I have only had Doug do my nails, but I'm confident that everyone in there would take pride in their work.

On 10/9 I booked a consultation for blonde highlights. During my appointment I was told that I…read moreneeded a color correction & it would cost me around $300-400. Unfortunately the stylist didn't have any appointments around the time I wanted it completed so she booked me with a new stylist. On 10/25 I met with Audrey and I explained want I wanted & I expressed the fact I didn't want to pay that much for my hair. She was even quoting me at least $500 for my color correction because she is "slower" than other stylists and color correction are charged by the hour. So Audrey asked another stylist what could we do with my hair to get me to the results I wanted. The plan was to color my roots, pull the color through, get rid of the color banding, cover the grey, & then come back for the blonde highlights. Which I agreed to. This saved me money and I could get what I wanted the next time. We even talked about highlights one appointment then root touch up the next to. I had graduation coming up in Dec. so I wanted my hair done as closed to graduation as possible. She booked my appointment on 11/22 for the blonde highlights. Unfortunately I had to reschedule but I rebooked for the same thing on 12/9. When I get to my appointment and sit in Audrey's chair she tells me she doesn't feel comfortable highlighting my hair. She said I had so much breakage and split ends. From the time I left her chair until I went back I did everything she asked. I used heat protectant & was only washing and straightening my hair once weekly. I take good care of my hair anyways but I went the extra mile based on what she said the first time. I've had blonde hair since 2018. I know how to care for blonde highlight. The only reason my hair wasn't in good condition when she first saw me was because I've move states and have yet to find a stylist to do my hair for me. So it had grown out and I added color from Sally's to my hair once since May ‍. That's why I had color banding in my hair. But why purposely book me for highlights just to tell me you don't feel comfortable doing them. That should have been said day one. I would have went to another salon and continued to look for someone willingly to give me what I wanted. So here I was, sitting in her chair, and desperate because graduation was 5 days away at this point. She once again consulted with another stylist about my hair. He said we should go dark. I didn't want to go dark. I hate dark hair on me. But I said I was willingly to try it. So she does my hair. I leave. Go home. Maybe I'll have a change of heart in the morning. The next morning I woke up and I knew I hated it. I called the salon and asked what do I do now. I hate my hair and I'm not getting what I want everytime I come in. I was told the stylist could fix my hair free of charge but at this point I don't want her touching my hair no more. I was told the owner would call me. The man who called me offered to TRY to lighten my hair a few shades for me and they could find someone else to do it since I didn't want the stylist touching my hair again. Now keep in mind this is the same man who told her to color me dark. But I told him I would have to think about it and get back with him on his offer. Well Ive thought about it for more than a week now. I never called him back and I don't want to go back to that salon, even free of charge because AT THE END OF THE DAY, THEY ARE NOT WILLINGLY TO GIVE ME THE BLONDE HIGHLIGHTS I WANT. DAY ONE, I should have been told his. Durning both consultation. But they baited me back in just to do as they pleased. They said "the integrity of my hair is more important then money and they do not want to attach their name to anything that was "bad". This review is not my way of trying to have them fix my hair. I just want others to be aware of what I went through and I encourage you to speak up if you're not getting what you want. I will say that everyone was nice and polite but if you're not getting what you want, that doesn't matter. AND LET ME ADD, I'm convinced that the main issue was THE COLOR OF MY SKIN ‍

I booked an appointment for my mom's birthday, and it couldn't have gone better! Her stylist was…read moreAudrey, and she was very kind and informative. My mom uses box dye and wanted to see about highlights with her regular cut. Audrey strongly recommended doing a test strand, so she could get a better idea of how the color would lift. My mom and I appreciated the honesty! Instead of assuming it would lift well and risking a bad outcome, she let us know she wasn't 100% sure and how we could figure it out together. The cut she did was amazing, as well. Long layers that turned out very nice. My mom loved it, and I am happy she had a great experience! We discussed scheduling another appointment for the highlights since the test strands turned out great, and it will definitely be with Audrey. You can tell she knows what she's doing! The other employees were very polite, as well. Everyone made us feel welcome!
