Horrible. I was getting ready for a cruise- went in for a manicure and pedicure gel nails. The night after I paid good money plus a $22 tip to this dude. The first chip off of my toenail. Then I started noticing the sore cuticles the puffy cuticles he had ripped the skin far past the cuticles off. This salon is disgusting. This man is a menace do not go there. The gel polish did not even last a seven day cruise. For that kind of money I shouldn't have had to worry about my nails, which is why I went in there. Bad move never go in there. Pedicure was only so so. Massage was minimal. Nail/cuticle trim minimal. Polish came off after a week.

Everyone here is very nice and talented. The wait time has always been short and you definitely get your moneys worth. Lily is my favorite technician but everyone there is very nice. I've never felt rushed and am always greeted with a smile. My nails still look great weeks after they've been done. I highly recommend Nails 4 U to everyone who enjoys quality service and a friendly staff who cares about their clients. read more

Do not come here. Probably the worst service i've ever received. Super sloppy & rushed. The acrylic is thick and uneven on all of my nails. The polish is lumpy as well. So disappointing $65 w/tip. I waited about 15-20mins before I was seated. Which was fine considering I was a walk in-which they take. I sat down and the technician was talking to another technician and then said in English IM SOOOO HUNGRY! I offered to go get her food or I could wait so she could go eat her food. I wasn't in a rush. They were slammed and she stated that was the case all day 4/3/21 She started on my full set, just rough and sloping the acrylic on like she was super put out and hangry. Didn't want to ask for anything special because I felt bad they were so busy. During my session, at least 7-9 people walked in and made an appointment or said they'd be back in 45 mins to an hour also the phone rang at least 15 times and wait times were told and So on and so forth. I didn't understand... they were so busy and so hungry and VERY understaffed why do you keep taking clients and giving shit service???!!! They have all the control but if you are going to do a sloppy job and act like this ain't for you ....what the actual fk??!! I will never return to Nail 4 you. Which is sad, they do a really good job when they want to. I had to come home and fix the sides of my nails because they were thick and wide and just really bad looking. Once my nails don't feel so sore I'm removing the polish and thinning out my acrylic and redoing my polish. My fingers hurt so bad. Im not a mani pedi snob at all but the cuticles were left haggard looking and in less than 24 hours over 25% of the polish had chipped off. I returned to show them and was told that was normal because I chose regular polish. I always choose regular polish and have never had this happen. I don't even want to give them 1 star. This was the worst nail place I have ever been by far! I was very unsatisfied with the whole experience from the customer service to washing my hands! They were very rude and didn't want to listen to anything I had to say about what I wanted done. What i wanted done was pretty basic and simple and shouldn't have been no more than $50. I was charged $85. And they turned out horrible! She rushed through them so fast that the turned out lumpy uneven and sloppy. Was the biggest waste of money in my life! i came in wanting a full set, when i sit down she rushes through my set and after telling her MULTIPLE times that they were too way thick. she continued to work without fixing it. she "fixed" one but it didn't even make the thickness go down. literally just filed it. i walked out bawling with thick nails that doesn't even cover all of my nails. definitely would not recommend coming here. read more
