Most give a shampoo to wash out excess clippings and do touch up. Not them that shampoo will cost you another $5. The cut was average but I'm so itchy. As a tip go to Fantastic Sams for $15 you'll get the cut and the shampoo as well as the touch up. When you leave there you won't be covered in hair clippings.

I didn't get a layered bob: I got something between a mullet and a long shag. All the layers are above my ears. I specifically said not to take off much on the crown; it's now two inches long. I am beyond furious and I'm looking for someone with the skills to make my hair less of a disaster.

She did not touch the rest. It literally took her 15 seconds to cut and she was done. I was not happy and asked to speak to a manager. She totally lied to the manager and told her that she asked me if I wanted the layers cut! I asked the manager to watch the videos from the camera and she would she that she did not cut anything else and she refused. I was accused of being rude for stating that I did not get what I was being asked to pay for. It's hard not to get angry when someone is lying right in front of you, it's even harder when the other person believes them.
