They are not the usual hair salon where every stylist uses the same boring conversation and small talk to attempt to convince you that they are interested in your day to day life. First off, I made a last minute decision to get my hair cut that day, and they squeezed me right in. Kristen did my wax and my cut. I don't think anyone's ever done such an amazing job on either one of those for me. She was quick, friendly, and did EXACTLY what I asked for. It was a tall order since she took about 5 inches off, plus put a ton of layers in. It looks and feels incredible. The shop was clean, conveniently located, relaxing, and they have surprisingly good prices for the quality of service and hospitality they provide. The only down side is that they don't take credit/debit, but there is a regions ATM right across the street.
