I came in at 10. First off very rude when i walked in. I asked for a full set of acrylic nails. Didn't receive that or anything remotely close. They put tips on my nails and instantly cut them short. There was no communication between the guy doing my nails. They did dip powder when i specifically asked for acrylic. I asked for french tips. Didn't get that either. I had to pay 51dollars for this!!! He seemed very rushed and not sure what he was doing. read more

I do not normally complain about my nails however, we came in a little before 11 which was our appointment time. When I was finally taken to a seat the lady couldn't even do french tip nails, which I got over right away and just got plain white. The tips looked like they were about to fall off so I asked and the lady was very passive aggressive, and insisted it would be fine. The shape looks bad, they are all different lengths, and I was charged extra for nothing. My friend waited for an hour after her appointment time and they asked what she wanted when she first got there. They didn't ask if she needed help until she was already walking out the door. Very clean, calm and professional. Pedicure never hurt, feet were sanded and legs massaged, nails trimmed and cleaned with no pain at all. Paraffin and hot towels were correct temp and very relaxing. Went in to get myself a French manicure for my sons wedding. Cost was reasonable and I was fairly happy with the service so later in the after noon I grabbed my 4 nieces who are also in the wedding....note they are 4, 7,8, and 10....they have baby nails and fingers. I was charged 15.00 a piece because they did "gel" I understand an up charge for nails but give me a break. All their little fingers together doesn't equal one adult. Cost me more for the 4 of them then it did for me. What a rip off. I felt like I had been robbed. And when I complained all you get is a smile. Like they don't understand. read more

I'll have y'all know I went back to that nail salon today to try and get my money back and they were completely rude and disrespectful the moment I even started to mention anything about prices they got super defensive. THESE PEOPLE ARE IN THERE CHARGING PEOPLE EXTRA SO THEY CAN POCKET MONEY THIS IS NO JOKE!! This place is called Golden Nails and spa. I went and ask if I could speak to them about their prices because I was charged $20 for a polish change and their paper clearly says $8.00 their respond was I got gel paint so I asked okay where on this paper does it say the price for gel polish? This guy points to the shellac French extra one. I have no idea what shellac means but I do know I defiantly have nothing that has to do with French so I responded that price has something to do with French mine is just a solid nude gel color. By this time another female worker gets up and comes over and starts to explain to me that the shellac color extra is the one for mine nails so I asked okay so what's the $8.00 one for she said regular polish so I said okay then if mines the $15.00 one why was I still charged $20? She said I have to also pay for regular polish fee. I then explain to her how that makes zero sense that I would have to pay for regular polish and gel polish. I told her I actually go to a different salon regularly and I can literally get a gel polish change for $10 so I don't understand what kind of system they have going on in there. She said they did me a favor because it really should of been $23 with the $15 and $8 and they gave me a $3 discount and I need to leave and go to my other nail salon. SO I DIDNT GET ANY MONEY BACK and was also ganged up on by two employees that both kept trying to tell two different stories and clearly are just charging people extra money so they can pocket it.
