Long story long: I'm a photographer and videographer that works for a nightclub and they sent me here to grab some fog machine fluid. I made the order online and came to pick it up just cause I live 30-35 minutes away and wanted to make a quick grab and go. As soon as I arrived, I went to the first person I saw and was told "Oh! I'm off already, I was supposed to leave an hour ago, go find another associate.." I then proceeded to walk in the DJ section side because I wasn't directed where the next associate was so I decided to get lost. I saw a gentleman at a counter and stood in front of him waiting to be acknowledged but he just stared at me blankly so I then proceeded to ask him which he huffed and puffed in annoyance. After giving him my name he walked off silently without a word and grabbed my things. When asked for an ID, I gave him a government issued ID and was told with attitude that it had to be a drivers license (this didn't make sense to me cause if my government issued ID gets me pass TSA, I didn't see why my ID couldn't get me pass fog machine fluid.)

I grew up singing most of my life, however I have done it less and less as an adult. Working with Rebecca has shown me that the music has not completely left. Rebecca shows excitement for her students and champions you as you go along with the lesson. The lessons are also very affordable as well. After attending in person sessions for over a month I was able to change my schedule slightly. Even during this time when my schedule was crazy she allowed me to do my lessons virtually. Absolutely terrible. We came in to repair a cello and were told it would take a 45$ flat rate and 2…read moredays. 10 days of repair and several phone calls later we were charged 70$. The arrogant clerk(who on the phone called customers a "bother") refused to negotiate at all and was offended that we would even suggest that their hidden fees were in any way unfair. We had to cycle through employees until we finally met the owner, who after this entire 30 minute ordeal decided to remove half of the fee he tried to spring on us in the first place. He told the angry cashier to do it, and he did, huffing, groaning, and complaining through the whole thing. When we got the cello, the repair job was barely satisfactory, despite the owner's insistence that the repairman's "wonderful" work justified the money they tacked on to what they said they would charge. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. If you're looking to get ripped off, held up, and frustrated, then DnD's the place. Otherwise, please, save your money, get better customer service, and a more skillful repair somewhere else in the area.

I asked the luthier, Jason, to see what he could do to improve the playability of my guitar. I have tender fingers. Jason spent 15 minutes explaining different variables that affect playability. He noted that the action was a little high, and that sanding down the nut and replacing the saddle would reduce pressure on my fingers. He also explained how a different kind of string, the Elixir, would be more pleasurable to play. I picked the guitar up today and it does feel amazingly better! Also, Duncan, one of the "D"s who co-owns the shop, took a few minutes of his time to cover up a scratch on my headstock AND tune my instrument. I'm very impressed by the quality of work, the attention to detail and the customer service I received. They also host a Bluegrass Jam the third Saturday of each month and will start hosting a Drum Circle on Sunday, February 5th. Eric is organizing the Drum Circle.

I just wanted one piece of sheet music for one song. I realize this is very specific and that is why Amazon exists, but I love music stores; I was secretly hoping they would have at least ONE piano in there. They only sell digital pianos. There were three. I played them. I was happy enough. But everyone knows I prefer real pianos. The store was busy. Other instruments were being played. I heard horns but I was so preoccupied, I didn't look around. The sales associate was helpful. And they have sales quite often on new releases on contemporary sheet music releases. So I'll be back when I'm less indecisive, otherwise I'd buy every book -- Disney songs, Broadway songs, Beyoncé songs, and hymns.
