Sometimes there are some wildly cool guitars on the wall. I've always found what I needed when I went there. His inventory isn't huge, but it's very well thought out. If you're a drummer, you'll love the place even more. This is always the first place I'll go if I need anything musical. Strings, tuners, tambourines, amps, parts, or just a couple minutes shooting the shit with the cool, knowledgeable musician/proprietor. Also, if you're looking for a luthier, they outsource to a skilled and straight-up honest guy. I've brought my acoustic and electrics there several times for work. Always happy with the results and feedback about my instruments. Forget the big chains and give Russell's a visit. Support local business, especially when the local business kicks butt like Russell's does!

Scott, the owner, is very nice and a fun person to deal with. He is not pushy at all and able to provide info as requested. We came in looking for a digital piano and couldn't be happier with our purchase. He has a decent inventory to include things like uprights, grand pianos, new or used, and other instruments and musical necessities (books, etc.). The prices were competitive and delivery was cheaper than other piano stores I've shopped at. We are getting our piano delivered about 3 business days after buying it! Overall, we would definitely recommend giving this place a chance if you're in the market for a piano or digital piano, or other instrument for that matter.

After traveling back home to FL, we realized something was wrong with it. Scott immediately sent me a new one and paid for the shipping. We were waiting for the right time to give it to our son...3 months later. We discover it was cracked. When visiting over the summer, we went to store to share what we discovered. Without hesitation, Scott said he would take care of us and he did. We left with a brand new guitar! I don't know of any other company that would eagerly provide the customer service that we received from Scott at Piano Showcase. We absolutely recommend this company for any musical need.
