We have been charged every month for absolutely nothing and they completely refused to make any adjustments to contracts even though the pandemic ended in-person singing lesson immediately. To be clear, their shift to "online singing lessons" without any choice was a complete rip-off. Online singing lessons are not the same thing as what we signed up for. The business is not the "family business" they claim it to be...they are actually founded on deceptive bait and switch tactics and shady contract dealings. Again: DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH FOX MUSIC!!! They don't care about anything except charging your credit card every month. This month we tried to give the required 30-day notice of our intention not to renew (yes...they will auto-renew if you don't tell them not to). We were immediately redirected to some sort of 3rd party number and have yet to get any confirmation that we will not be charged again. Unbelievable. If you're looking for good voice or music lessons, shop around. Avoid Fox Music at all costs. You will regret ever signing a contract with them.
