They accused my 15 year old niece, who was a tad overweight at the time of being 26 year old pregnant woman. She was mortified. She left the office in tears My daughter left them , my sister and my mother are about to leave this office because they have so many issues ...if you go in there and you're sick the one nurse kicks you out isn't that why you go to the doctor because you're sick ! just seems to me a lot of people are leaving they don't give the quality customer service that they once did :(

The office is bright, serenely decorated, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. We were warmly greeted as soon as we walked in and felt very pampered and well taken care of. This was the first time my daughter tried the IV Therapy and they explained the whole process and the benefits of IV Vitamin Infusions. This was not my first time getting the infusion so I knew what to expect. Dr. Banfield easily got us set up which is amazing considering both my daughter and I are notorious for being challenging to successfully find a vein at the first go. We were very comfortable and relaxed during our session and even took advantage of getting additional saline to get extra hydrated for only $10 extra (it costs significantly more than that where I live). After being set up, Dr.Banfield gave us some privacy to relax and rejuvenate, checking in on us often to ensure we were ok. When we were done checking out and paying was very easy and quick. My daughter works full-time and goes to law school at night and not even 5mins after we left she told me how amazing and energized she felt and that she's convinced that this is something that she needs to do as part of her self-care...I couldn't agree more! The whole experience was professional, inviting/friendly, and custom-tailored. The cost of the services were the most affordable compared to other places I researched and there were no hidden fees or trying to upsell us any additional services or products (which I greatly appreciate). Dr. Banfield and her staff made us feel like we we knew them for years and really made the whole time fun and full of laughter and joy. This was the best mother-daughter day ever! I love the Christiana Care building and how the doctors are connected. She referred me to my OB/Gyn down the hall and they are great too. Established patient of this practice for close to 4 years now. In that timeframe, I met with my…read morePCP, who ended up leaving, a total of 2-3 times. With a crazy work schedule (rotating nights/days at a hospital) I've had to reschedule an appointment or two. The most recent appointment was cancelled by the practice due to my PCP leaving. So having said that, I was met with one of the most inconsiderate encounters with Veronica, who I would assume is a front desk employee, over the phone while scheduling an appointment for the first time in over 1.5 years. Whenever scheduling appointments I have a sticky note handy to write the info down so this is a direct quote from Veronica: "well young lady you have cancelled three appointments and have no showed one so are you sure you are going to show up to this one?" *continues to go off on a tangent* If only I could convey her tone through this post you would understand my bewilderment. There have been no instances where I have "no showed" and quite frankly, you never know why people need to cancel appointments! Mind your business and keep your comments to yourself if it doesn't affect you! These are trying times with overworked/not enough physicians, which is the reason I have no where else to go at the moment. Encounters with just your front desk/scheduling staff can influence people to take their business elsewhere.
