Whether I'm dealing with neck pain from desk work/chronic stress, or a specific knee or wrist issue from yoga, Dr. Redding has a vault of super helpful information and a thorough treatment plan. She combines manipulation with massage mobilization, which is super important to me. She also helps you understand WHY she's doing what she's doing, and how to keep improving your wellness when you're not in the office. And it's a huge plus for me that she's both a woman and an athlete. I couldn't recommend her more highly!

Upon walking in we were greeted with warm smiles and soothing music playing in the background and were immediately at ease. As odd as this sounds, felt very warm and homely. Mr. Joel Williams shared with us the process and answered all of our questions and settling any nervousness my fiancé was having. We were in two separate rooms and my fiancé text me and told me he felt relaxed and this wasn't as bad as he was making it. I felt so relieved and at peace during the whole process. I was comfortable and felt a good cleaning taking place. I would refer this wellness center to EVERYONE. Disease starts in your gut and it's so important to get a good clean out, regular bowel movements won't do the complete job. Joel then put me on a Yeast-free cleanse and my fiancé on a Parasite cleanse and we are finally beginning to feel good and look good. We both have tons of energy and are able to volunteer more at our church instead of being tired and sleep in front of the TV. We are excited to go back for our next colonic. By the way I lost more than 10lbs in 2 weeks and my fiancé's stomach is coming down so much, no more bloating or that feeling of fullness. One last thing for you ladies that struggle with your cycles (periods), I did to and now I'm not experiencing back aches, headaches, lethargy, or even bloating and not as much craving for sugar or meats. Feeling so good I even went jogging during my cycle. That's a first lol Thank you Joel and your team for all that your doing Keep up the great work
