I truly did not have a good experience at this office. If I could give zero I would . The office…read moremanager actually was the worst. She was rude, cut me off and hung up in my ear when I called today. I scheduled a new patient visit, booked 1 month out. I arrived 20 minutes early, paid a $40 co-pay upfront. Filled out a ton of paperwork ( it took me 30 minutes because I like to be thorough). I literally saw the doctor for 8 minutes, no exaggeration. He asked 3 questions, gave me a script for X-rays and I was sent back to the front. No treatment. At the front they did not explain anything, where to go to get the x-rays, if I needed a follow up appointment, nothing. I had to ask where to go and let them know the doctor wanted to reschedule for next day. I canceled today's appointment and requested a refund of my co-pay. I'm not sure if they are not use to treating people who look like me, but I did not get treated well at all. I will not be sending my family or anyone I know here as long as the front desk manager is still there. I'm sure Dr. West does his best, but with a name like Be TRULY WELL, I expected more compassion, comfort and kindness. What I got was rudeness and irritation.

After suffering with lower back pain for years, I was referred to Dr. Justin Dietrich by my adult…read morechildren for chiropractic care. I have a long drive to work each day and my pain was so severe that driving was almost impossible and I could not sleep at night. Pure Wellness got me in very quickly and Dr. Dietrich began a care routine for my lower back that included exercise, hydration, stim, and adjustment. Within two months, my lower back is feeling 100% again and I am now on a maintenance schedule to make sure that I stay healthy and pain free. The entire staff is so friendly and take great care of me when I am there for treatment. I highly recommend you give Pure Wellness a chance to help you if you are experiencing any back pain. Thanks Dr. Dietrich and staff!

You can go as-needed and pay for only the services you need. Since they're in-network with most insurance, it's super affordable, and it's easy to schedule an appt with their flexible office hours. Dr. J. (Joëlle Renaud) is my preferred provider, she's very friendly and knowledgeable and has a good bedside manner. I trust her judgment and always leave feeling considerably better than when I arrived. I've since moved about 25 miles away farther than I was (Media to Ambler, PA,) and I still make the 50 mile drive there because most providers around here are either out of network, more expensive, or just not as good. Highly recommend!

THE NAME IS DECEIVING YOU NEED AN APPOINTMENT…read more although they do have walk in specific times, they're not clearly listed and you would think a place named "walk in chiropractor" accepted walk ins. I went at a time when their office was clearly not busy (and was 2 hours out from close) and was turned away VERY rudely by the lady working the front desk. I did not get to meet with a doctor to review the work they might have done which is why I'm being gracious with a 2 star rating. because of the front desk alone I would personally not recommend coming here. as for the company itself my suggestion is to change names, or don't false advertise.

I suffered for lower back pain for years and my old chiropractor had left and I decided to give this place a call. I was politely greeted and scheduled for a day to come in ASAP. X-rays were taken and a scan of my back muscles were taken. I saw dr Rinow 3x a week and started to feel better after his first adjustment. I even noticed getting out the car was easier for me and i knew i had made the right decision. I continued to come and continued to feel better but then I told him how I wasn't feeling right. After a few weeks we redid scans and i wasn't doing better and he sent me for an mri bc he said he didn't think what he was doing was helping me.
