Unethical Billing Practices - Beware of No-Refund Policy on Small Orders…read more I recently placed an online order for a product from the Tampa Bay Times website. A few hours later, I changed my mind and canceled the order. I called customer service to confirm the cancellation, and they assured me it was processed and canceled. However, when I followed up to request a refund for the item I never used nor would use I was told that the company has a policy of no refunds on any purchase under $10. The charge was under that amount, so they kept my money despite the order being canceled and before I was using it. This feels like outright stealing. How can a reputable company justify keeping payment for a product or service that was cancelled, simply because the amount is small? It's fraudulent and predatory. Potential customers should be warned: if you place any order under $10 and need to cancel--even hours later and with confirmation--you will not get your money back. I've never encountered this policy at any other legitimate online retailer. It's completely unheard of and leaves a terrible impression of the Tampa Bay Times/Times Publishing Co. Very disappointed and will not do business with them again.

Best Magazine Ministry ever !!!!! This is a ABSOLUTELY…read moreFREE SERVICE to our community. They are Christian Ministry that has a constantly hurting budget because they are always extending there hand to the public .The advisor gives FREE MOVIE TICKETS AND TRINKETS to anybody from all walks of life with-out discriminating and with a smile full of love. You don't have to buy a thing. However you do have to be informed as to ease the burden of the complications that can arrive from ignorance such as the other reviews . Before we do anything we get informed/prepared by calling first. This way we don't waste energy, time or tickets. We wouldn't want to rob someone else's blessings by not doing so. There are many happy people ("customers") who depend on this Ministry especially in this economy , to provide them with the only form of outlet for the family. Including ours.Even if the Costumer service was lousy WHICH IT'S NOT your complaining about a FREE SERVICE!!!I I don't know of any place else or anybody else who will pay for our family and friends to go out to the movies on a regular basis.Do you? If anything we all should donate to this unique company to help them help us and become a stronger force in our community. It's a sad place to be in when we become ungrateful, greedy, and demanding. They deserve nothing less than support ,gratefulness and compliments. NOT complaints and degrading. Although you don't need to buy we buy a 50 cent bag of chips or whatever is the cheapest FOR OUR CONVENIENCE THE DAY BEFORE just to get a receipt. So the next day I just SHOW them THE RECEIPT and get in and out immediately with trinkets and tickets in hand. The theater's vary based of the movies,etc.......... ASK,ASK,ASK, ALWAYS ASK FIRST!!! Thank you advisor for all you've done and will do.It is (you are) truly a blessing to our family as well as many others.Regardless of the wrongfully posted negative reviews most folks appreciate your Ministries mission. let's not spoil the great intentions with a few bad apples. It's not the advisor's fault.SEE AND HEAR for yourself THE HAPPY FACES AND POSITIVE STORIES before you pass judgment.Besides no ones perfect. Like all other free services it is first come first serve so get your game face on and make the best of it .IT IS WELL WORTH IT!!! Enjoy the fruits and God bless all.
