A Big Thank You to All the Teachers at Creative Learning Academy As part of Teacher Appreciation Week, I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to the amazing team at Creative Learning Academy. This review may be a little long, but it comes straight from the heart. I enrolled my daughter in this school when she was just 10 months old, and she stayed until she was almost 3.5 years old. Looking back, I am overwhelmed with happiness and gratitude for the incredible foundation this place gave her. To my surprise and joy, my little baby grew into a confident, independent, and respectful little girl--all thanks to the loving and nurturing environment at Creative Learning. As a working mom, the thought of leaving my baby with someone else was difficult and emotional. But from day one, the teachers welcomed us with open arms. They made both me and my daughter feel at home. For her, it truly became a second home. She still talks about her time there and shares sweet stories and memories that warm my heart. All of my daughter's big firsts--crawling, standing, walking--happened at Creative Learning. I'm forever grateful to every single teacher who played a role in her journey. I especially want to thank Miss Sheila, Miss Sylvia, Miss Brinda, Miss Leslie, Miss Katia, and Miss Sureya--each of you holds a special place in our hearts. CLA Sugar Land is the best. I enrolled my son during Covid (2 days before he turned 2) and was very nervous because his previous daycare closed and I needed to be at work. Their pricing was great and they became a second family. They stood strong during covid and never closed, and my son was never sick. Despite moving further away from this location, I kept my son at CLA until he started Kindergarten. I love that CLA is family-owned, and they are all personable and deal with anything with compassion and humor. I was sad to leave and the staff here will always have a piece of my heart. Our son has been here just a few weeks and we are so impressed with how well-adjusted he is and how much he is learning. He just turned 3 and he can count to 10 in Spanish and recognizing sight words thanks to Ms. Elsa and CLA. He LOVES his "school" and has a great time everyday. I love the timely communication from the staff and the app is wonderful. We are so pleased with everything about CLA and so grateful we chose them for our toddler. If you are looking for a loving honest daycare I suggest you never come to Creative Learning Academy. My 1 year old daughter has gone to this daycare since she was 9 months old and as of 3 weeks ago she was kicked out due to the staff trying to cover up the Neglect my daughter has endured. In the span of 1 week my 1 year old daughter came home with 2 black eyes and multiple bruises on her face and body. The first black eye I asked to review the cameras that the facility has in each room and upon reviewing the cameras I couldn't believe my eyes. The video shows Ms.Ali the pre k teacher standing next to my daughter and watch her fall face first on the metal frame of a eating table. This teacher showing no care nor concern as my daughter is crying. The teacher then is shown pulling down her face mask to laugh with another teacher about my daughter. Moments later Brenda the Assistant director is shown walking into the room and the same teacher doesn't inform upper management of my daughter's injuries. Ali walks out of the room and Brenda is shown analyzing my daughter face after seeing my child has a black eye. Ali walks back into the room then proceeds to put on an act in front of her superior as if she was concerned with my child's injuries. The daycare did not call me until an hour after her injuries occurred which is unacceptable. Ms. Ali should not be allowed around other people's children with this kind of blatant act of negligence and disregard for people's children. Truthfully she needs to get her license revoked after laughing at a 1 year old in pain. Unfortunately that was only the first incident at Creative Learning Academy the 2nd incident the school claims my daughter woke up with a black eye, I asked to review the cameras and they refused to show me any footage prior to her waking up and the staff suspiciously pointing out she had a mark on her face. It looked like they staged their reaction to cover up what really occurred to my daughters face. So I advised the staff if I need to file a police report against this facility for negligence then I will and the footage of my daughter's injuries is something I need to see. Then the staff agreed to show me the following day but due to it being late in the evening and how long it will take to review all the footage for they requested I come early in the morning to be able to watch it all. So, I agreed to come back the next day in the morning so that I can review the footage and I left.. the following day I dropped my daughter off and let the staff know I would need to review the cameras on a Thursday due to my work schedule then they advised me that I am no longer allowed to review any footage due to privacy concerns for other kids that are enrolled in the daycare, and that my daughter will be unrolled due to threatening a staff member when I stated that I would be calling the police to report negligence because they considered that as a threat. Clearly they don't know the definition of a threat and it's blatant this was an act of retaliation towards me and my child to cover up their own actions of malpractice. Instead of taking corrective action of their staff they would rather kick out the parent for bringing up valid concerns regarding my child that I pay $240 a week to attend! Absolutely disgusting establishment and if you care for your child's wellbeing and are looking for a daycare that holds their teacher accountable for their actions this is NOT the daycare for you or anyone you love. And to be clear nowhere in the Creative Learning Academy handbook nor admission forms states parents are not allowed to review camera footage of incidents that occurred in the daycare. So be warned do not bring your children here ! read more

I pulled my kids out of the Education Station ( horrible place by the way) to attend this day care. It's been a year and I can not say enough great things about my experience here! Any issue or concern has always been addressed immediately and most importantly my kids are happy here! read more

My family and I LOVE this place! Our 3 kids were lucky to grow up in this lovable, friendly, compassionate, supervision, clean and safe environment. For 7 years I'm getting things that every parent expect: Respect, Reliability, Open doors policy and open communication plus ALL of their lead teachers hold a Child Development Associates (CDA) Degree in early childhood development. On the top of all that the peace in my mind leaving my kids in a good hands, it's like keeping them with my parents. Truly the owner and her family became our family too. read more

My son started at CLA when he was 12 weeks old and just graduated the Pre-K program. My son got a great jump start to his education and met several great friends that we will try to continue relationships with even after they go on to kindergarten. The teachers and staff are amazing, and the owners are on site and accessible. There appears to be very little staff turn around, which says a lot about the company, and the school is very clean. Our almost 2 year old daughter is still there, and she had had an equally great experience, as well. Thank you CLA! read more

My daughter has been going here for going on four years. I have never felt as if my child wasn't in good hands. I have a sigh of relief knowing that everyone that comes in contact with my child is more than willing to help with anything she may need . She has learned so much in a short period of time and sometime I have to remember she only almost four with knowledge of a 5 year old. She loves all of the teacher and staff. My daughter has been attending for a little over a year. I can honestly say that the team is great here. I love the how the teachers have been consistent. She still stops by her old classrooms to give hugs and kisses to her old teachers. This alone lets me know that she feels happy and safe here. That means so much to me. My children have been going to CLA for +5 years now! The center is very family focused and the staff is very attentive and caring. I'm at ease knowing my kids are well taken care of at CLA and I highly recommend this place to all parents searching for a Child Care Center in Sugar Land, TX. I would highly recommend CLA to all parents in and around Sugar Land area. Our son has been enrolled there since he was 13 months old. What a wonderful experience has it been! CLA is a family owned center and one can see the homey feel of the place. From the directors at the front desk, who always welcomes us with a big smile, to the teachers and staff, everyone is very respectful, cordial, nurturing and caring. The owners are also always present and make an effort to get to know the needs of every child and their families. This is the level of personal touch you would not find elsewhere at the franchise run centers. Being at home for the first 13 months, transition to school was a bit difficult for my son but the teachers made the magic happen in less than a week. My son loves his teachers, Miss Waseem and Miss Suraiya, and looks forward to going to "kool" every morning. We have a peace of mind knowing that our son is in the right and capable hands. I have been with this daycare since 2011. It's right in the middle between work and home. I have one more year left with my last child. I really appreciate that they have had patient with me and family issues. I have recommend them to a few of family and friends. read more
