The staff at the front are knowledgeable and always greet us! The locked doors where you have to be buzzed in are great! It is always clean, and the kids get really good snacks and lunch. The people who work here are so kind and patient with kids, and I can tell they really love their kids and job! My only regret is not putting him in daycare sooner. He has learned so much! By the time he started pre k he knew his abc's and numbers and colors! He moved on to the 4 year old class with Mrs.Delores. She is such a caring and amazing teacher! I was sad when he turned 5 and moved to a different class, but his current teacher is just as great and he always has fun stories to tell me about his day. She is also helping him learn to finish his daily work. He would never finish just scribble. Ive seen so much improvement! I'm so proud of my big boy! I LOVE LOVE LOVE his teachers past and present! My other son started when he was 18 months. He is still having a hard time at drop offs, but when I check on my phone and see him on the cameras he is always playing and having fun. The amount of knowledge he has gained here in the first few months was great, but now it is amazing! He is 2 and know's his ABC's, how to count to 10, some colors, and just talks so well! Everyday he says something new to amaze me. He sings songs he learns in class, and the sign language! OMG! He knows quite a few signs and it just amazes me everytime I see him use them! I highly recommend this daycare! You will not regret it!

I released my live in nanny to maintain this higher education at 17 Kids r Kids in Stafford. My only words are 'Service is a scam", teachers hired are NOT certified. My son went in potty trained and reverted backward. If you have a complaint your child gets picked on by 3 adults one being a Manager. They have been seen grabbing, yanking as my child has come home angry with many fingernail markings and bruises. He fought me 3 weeks straight not to go in the mornings. Was until i witnessed from the watch me grow cam that these teachers are targeting certain kids. I've witnessed my child get accused of something I watched another do. The teachers are not professional and to see my son dragged not once but twice across the room just broke my heart. All they can do is write your child up and say "He did this or that". He's 2 yrs of age and the direction they claim to "Redirrect was more like bullying my child", "There's abuse inside", manhandling and racism. My son took 1 full nap in the 2 weeks that he started from a teacher who really cared about my dons needs, 'that no longer works at that facility'. They really need to be evaluated and until new staff are placed I'll never recommend anyone's filybto take such a risk.

From the very first day, the staff welcomed our family with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. The environment is safe, clean, and thoughtfully designed to support learning, creativity, and emotional development. The teachers and caregivers go above and beyond every single day. They provide structure, patience, and a deep understanding of each child's unique needs. Our child has blossomed academically and socially since starting here -- and comes home every day excited to share what they've learned. Whether it's story time, art projects, or early literacy and math skills, every activity is purposeful and fun. Communication with parents is also outstanding. We receive regular updates, photos, and progress reports, which gives us peace of mind and helps us stay connected with our child's day. Wonderful Beginnings is more than just a daycare -- it's a nurturing community that truly invests in every child's growth and success. We are beyond grateful and highly recommend this center to any family looking for exceptional early childhood education.

Sugar Creek Montessori - Classrooms equipped with full sets of Montessori materials

Sugar Creek Montessori

I received a notice from Yelp last week saying that other clients found my reviews helpful & asking…read moreme to review other businesses in my area. So i started looking at other businesses in my area that I had experience with. I usually only post reviews if the service was stellar or horrible. I saw that Sugar Creek Montessori had a really bad score. So I'm thinking, "yep! They're still horrible!" I took my daughter to that location when she was 4 years old. She's in college now so it was a very long time ago. I decided to share my very low opinion of this location. My previous review endorsed the 1-2 star rating they currently have. When I took my Daughter to this location we had a horrible experience & we were charged over $150 for 15 minutes of their time. I told the administrators that we would not be attending classes there within 10 minutes of arrival. In my opinion the school was unorganized, dirty, & they were more interested in filling the roster than helping understand what would benefit our family & my daughter's education. I posted that they kept my supply fee (which they absolutely did) for classes that we did not attend. Our experience was a one star or negative star experience. A few days after my post I was contacted by their admin office so that they could research my financial claim & refund our money. I was a little miffed at first because now that we have wonderful platforms to share our experiences (good & bad) NOW they will refund my money that never should've been kept in the first place? Very convenient. After several messages back & forth we are at an impasse & it's clear this is not the same owner that kept our money & supply fee for services not rendered & for classes my daughter did not attend. I now have the financial support provided by current SC Montessori management to go back to our bank & investígate if the records they have are correct or if they were falsified. So my review is this: This location has had and still has a very rough road ahead of them trying to correct the previous owner neglect & bad business practices. I believe in second chances. If my daughter still needed a preschool or if I had a very intelligent 4 year old, I would definitely try this Montessory location again. We originally tried this location because my daughter was very advanced & was ready for Kindergarten. Unfortunately with the public school rule about September birthdays it makes it very difficult to place your children in an environment that they can continue to learn, be challenged, & eventually skip a grade so they can re-join their friends in your zoned elementary school at a later date. I attended Montessori when I was younger & loved it. I have many fond memories of time there. I suggested the new owners place a sign at their location saying, "under new management" or reach out to local Mom's Clubs because it is very hard to overcome the type of damage the previous owners created. I suggest trying this location especially if you're interested in eventually having your child skip a grade. When I complete the research with our bank and confirm the previous owners did not keep over $200 of our money for services not received I will update this review & hopefully be able to sing the praises of the current owners trying to correct past indiscretions. If nothing else they did spend a lot of time going through our history to try & find the errors. I wish there was a 2 1/2 star because right now we're still on the fence with this business.

My 2.5-year old son loves his new school! We just moved to sugar land (Riverstone) and had the…read moredaunting task of having to choose a preschool (daunting because sugar land has so many great options). Despite it being new and unproven, we ultimately went with kiddie academy for a few reasons. First and foremost, the director Sarah is amazing. She has a strong vision for the school and is a perfectionist. So even though this is a franchise of a chain, I really felt like Sarah was going to put her stamp on it - everything from quality teacher recruitment and training to the school's chef/healthy menu to the curriculum adaptations. She has many years of early childhood education experience, great connections, and is ambitious. The leader of a school is paramount (and I found some questionable and disorganized leadership at the other schools I researched and visited). Sarah is sharp, responsive and easy to communicate with. The staff and students love her. The other big reason we went with this school (and believe me we researched about a dozen, from Montessori to Reggio Emilia) is because the facilities are fantastic. Big, beautiful, naturally sunlit classrooms with just enough brand new toys and supplies and books (without feeling cluttered or overwhelming). The outdoor play area is awesome, and they have future plans for a splash pad and soccer field. There's also enough room indoors for physical play when it's too hot or rainy to go outside. And the security system is top notch. I love the flexibility that this school gives parents - they offer infant education through pre-K (so our soon to be born daughter can join her big bro at the same school). Their extended hours are the default (6:30-6:30) though you can opt for fewer than 5 days/week if you prefer. They take very few holidays - which is key for working parents. And they use the latest technology (apps and live streaming TV) to keep parents in the know all day/week long. I love being able to see how my son is behaving, adjusting, eating, napping, playing, etc. The only big question mark I had was about really small classrooms (since the school is still new, opened early 2018) and an undeveloped community of parents, teachers, etc. I think that still remains to be seen, but my very social son has been very happy in his first week there. And I've loved my conversations with the teachers. They are warm, helpful and supportive. When I picked my son up yesterday he didn't want to leave. Excited to help this school develop and establish a strong presence in the sugar land area. Message me if you want to know more.
