For me it was a total of $1721 of extra, fraudulent charges. They also do insurance fraud- I paid for an IVF transfer which was an all inclusive bundled fee that was self pay because it was known my insurance would not cover. They still submitted to my insurance and did it in a way so that they made money from this encounter. This is illegal. I am a physician so thankfully I understand what does and does not constitute fair billing practices and can advocate for myself. I worry that others who are less aware can be taken advantage of. If you don't want to learn about surprise billing and insurance fraud, THEN DONT GO HERE. I had seen other peoples reviews before starting here and wish I had taken their warnings seriously. I ultimately had to go through the better business bureau to have this resolved.

I appreciated that he did a very thorough and comprehensive diagnostic work up to figure out the best treatment plan. As someone who is also in the healthcare field, I very much appreciate having more data. The nurses (Ava and Jessica), billing coordinator (Trish), and other staff (Maggie) were also wonderful. Compared to the brief experience that I had with a large fertility clinic, VCRM felt like a white glove service. This place needs to be shut down they are not complying with normal medical ethics.

As you can tell if you look at my profile, I rate most experiences and businesses highly, and I find myself to be a very level-headed and fair person. I was considering CFA for fertility testing for both my husband and I. We had a 1-time consult with one of their doctors, which took ~15 minutes over zoom. Received a bill for CPT code 99205, which was over $400, and represents a 60-75 minute face to face visit (you can research the code yourself). I reached out to the company to say my appointment was extremely brief, and I don't believe this CPT code is accurate/represents the length of time with the doctor. I received extremely rude responses, justifying the use of the code (inaccurately, saying it includes documentation time - which it doesn't, and even if it does, show me what a 45-minute long note looks like...yeah right). Extremely disappointing and horrible to charge me for a service I didn't receive. I even mentioned that I'd be happy to pay for an accurate CPT code, even a 30-minute one, and they are not budging. Unfortunately, they have evidence of the length of the appointment since it was on the provider's zoom account, though I wish so badly I could pull that evidence (and we can all assume they won't show it).
