Stephanie, who handled my blood draws, was absolutely amazing-specially since I hate bloodwork. Somehow, she made the process painless every single time, which I didn't think was possible. Choosing Pinnacle Fertility was the best decision I've ever made. My experience at Shady Grove was completely different- I felt like just another patient. Dr Shu wasted nearly two years of my time, money, and emotional energy, and the entire process felt like an exhausting cycles with no results or clear direction. I would highly recommend this clinic, especially Dr. DiMattina. He truly felt like my last hope, and thanks to him, my IVF was successful. My coordinator, Robin, is incredibly kind and supportive. The front desk staff are always welcoming, and the nurses are very reliable and knowledgeable. At one point, I had bleeding due to a hematoma, and they responded very quickly. I have had two successful pregnancies with Dominion. Dr. Susan Sarajari is great. At dominion you have a dedicated nurse and doctor who see you through the whole process and are very knowledgeable and responsive. I have full faith in them. I had a nightmare experience at Shady Grove which is why I switched to Dominion. The lack of personalized care at SG, resulted in me being scheduled outside of my egg retrieval window and losing most of my eggs. Second time around the nurses told me the wrong medications, which I was only able to catch because it conflicted with information they gave me the first time. I lost faith in them after that and switched to Dominion and didn't look back. SG's billing department is more efficient and the billing is clearer, but I'd choose having confidence in the doctors and nurses over ease with billing. The billing department at Dominion is nice but it's not always clear what's being billed to insurance and what isn't. And the central billing appears disconnected from the office resulting in me receiving the same bill every month for six months after I had already paid it. That was awhile ago and maybe that's been worked out by now. I hope so. It was a pain so I'm taking away from what would otherwise be 5 stars because of the pain with billing. read more

I was transferred three times. I was told that I can get my endometriosis procedure to help me conceive. I told the nurse I had the procedure done twice in Shady Grove and I'm in pain and would like to try a new clinic. She laughed and scoffed and said "we are a fertility clinic, not and OBGYN, we make babies here, so unless you want to get pregnant we can do IVF" I told the nurse that I would need the scrapping done as I've had in the past to try and conceive naturally. She told me "I don't know what you want, unless you're trying to conceive, I don't know what doctor would do that procedure, we can do IVF" I told her I have fibroids and Endo... it's not easy and it's painful. I've never felt so humiliated until today. The nurse showed no empathy what's so ever with her words. I was kindly telling her that the person that transferred me over said that I can have the procedure and to speak with the nurse to go over it, but the nurse insisted that no one would say that because they don't do that. Hearing the words "we are a fertility clinic, not an OBGYN, we make babies here" then laugh.. is absolutely hurtful and unprofessional to someone that is TRYING to conceive for 10 years. We have had an amazing experience with Dominion Fertility and highly recommend it. We initially chose Dominion because they were the most responsive and easiest to schedule of the clinics we spoke with, plus it was clear that Dr DiMattina has a ton of experience and expertise. I have waited 9 months to post this review. As I hold my newborn son in my arms, I can't help but feel gratitude for Dr. DiMattina and the team at DF. I went to see Dr. D after wasting well over a year and a half in treatment at a different clinic. I was not only treated like cattle at the other clinic, where I only saw my doctor once in 18 months, but also totally misdiagnosed. Dr. D changed it all for us. Some talk about his bedside manner, but honestly I really needed someone who was straightforward and confident after being pat on the head by other docs. Dr. D knew how to help us reach our goal and that's what he did. He confirmed the diagnosis my GYN had suspected three years earlier, which had been dismissed by others because I didn't fit a certain profile. Also, he was actually at my bedside. He conducted most ultrasounds and we were familiar with each other, something I really appreciated. The nurses were all incredibly supportive and great to get to know. If you're good with a straight shooter, friendly staff, and intimate treatment, I highly recommend DF. read more

I worked with Dr. Kay Waud for my IVF and have even recommended her without reservation to some of my friends. I found her to be very evidence based, up to date on literature and professional. As a medical provider myself, I felt very confident in her medical knowledge. However, perhaps more important to her patients who go through IVF, Dr. Waud had a wonderful bedside manner. IVF feels very personal and emotional (those hormone meds don't help) and Dr. Waud always took the time to hear my concerns, listen to my ideas and provide reassurance. To those patients who are deciding between Shady Grove and Dominion Fertility (and that's probably most people in the DC area), I also had a consultation at Shady Grove before choosing to work with Dominion Fertility and I felt that Dominion was much more personal and tailored to the individual patient rather than a one size fits all approach. I never felt like a number and know many of the staff members by name. In the end, I would never have had my daughter without the help of Dr. Waud and all the staff at Dominion Fertility. read more

I have been a patient since July 2022. IVF is a complicated process. The nurses at Dominion are very irresponsive. We have to call multiple times and wait for weeks until we get a simple answer back, such as information on the procedure, financial clearance, and scheduling etc. Getting to talk to a nurse requires you to call the office multiple times in hope of someone returning the call. We can only interface with the nurses at the office. They are too busy and they just Don't Care. I have not tried other clinics. But if you don't want to go through a nightmare of lack of communications while going through a difficult procedure, do NOT try this clinic. read more

They don't care about health and safety with respect to Covid. I saw at least 8 different employees without masks on, one of them was even eating as they walked through the halls. I asked two different employees who were helping me to please ask the others to wear masks because I've lost family members to Covid, they sounded understanding, and did nothing. I hate to leave this review as the staff and Dr. Sarajari were super nice and very professional. Unfortunately, my husband and I were referred to Dominion by my ob/gyn's office as it had been about a year and a half of trying to conceive without success. We saw Dr. Sarajari and she recommended we do some initial testing. When we met with Dr. Sarajari to discuss our results, she mentioned that my husband's results were not promising and that we would likely never get pregnant naturally. We were not quite ready to jump straight to IVF, but wanted to explore other options such as IUI and natural IVF. She dismissed those as to say they would not work for us. This is unfortunate because Dr. Sarajari was a kind person and seemed to really care about us growing our family, minus the fact that we were just seen as a business transaction. We decided to seek a second opinion with Shady Grove and they had a completely different outlook on care. Shady Grove was not concerned about my husband's test results, and mentioned several white papers and statistics that show success with the same result as my husband. They actually said we would likely be a good candidate to start with IUI and other less included procedures before going to IVF. Fast forward three months later, we were about to begin our first IUI with Shady Grove and I got pregnant naturally! Dominion certainly missed the mark in telling us that we would likely never get pregnant naturally when that's exactly what happened. They instead left us feeling pretty hopeless. I have to wonder how often they are telling patients to go straight to IVF and that they will not get pregnant naturally. It is all a business to them and all they care about is making money. If you are having a hard time conceiving, I suggest getting a second opinion with another fertility clinic, or not going with Dominion at all. read more

very very disappointing. Scheduled a virtual appointment that I was promised is 45 minutes for 350$. the Dr was almost 10 mins late for it, I was waiting. I was referred to Dominion Fertility by my ob/gyn. After trying for two years, we wanted to know if there was anything preventing us from having a second child. This office was suggested for not pushing ivf, but helping to competently diagnose any problem(s). We met with Michael DiMattina. He walked us through the process plainly and simply asked if we had questions. Answers required a series of screening tests that we began in December 2019. The last test required waiting until my next period. To our surprise, it never came. We found out we were pregnant soon after. Our ob says it's surprising common to have things work after seeking help, saying "the pressure is off" - so consider that if you're in the fence. Throughout pregnancy, I joked they must be so good you only have to talk to them. We joyfully welcomed our baby daughter in September. read more

This company tried to make me pay $395 for an egg-freezing "package" before I even had a consult with a doctor. When I made the appointment, they told me I had to pay a $100 consultation for a telemedicine consult. Fine. No problem. The day before they offered me a "package" for egg-freezing. Then 10 minutes before the appointment, a nurse calls and says I have to pay for the package first before I can speak to the doctor. Umm, I haven't even decided if I am going with the company yet. How can you try to charge me for medical services when you don't even know if I qualify for it and have not even spoken to me? It is a SCAM and any company that desperate for money will not go anywhere near my body. It is unethical and criminal! read more

Beware the monster that is Michael DiMattina! We had a "consultation" with him that lasted less than 10 minutes (probably 7-8). After having worked with two other clinics, who were never anything but professional, this man was the most unprofessional "doctor" either of us has ever encountered. He took us 15 mins late (during which he probably glanced at our files), and had a nurse and some guy in there with us. Rather than asking anything about us, our history, nothing, he was dismissive of anything and everything we did or said, including rude hand gestures and snide looks and comments. He had absolutely nothing to offer, and showed nothing even resembling an interest in working with us. He was a massive jerk (it's Yelp, so I won't write anything worse). It seemed like his sole goal was to humiliate us. Given how sensitive the IVF/infertility process is in the first place, you hope that the doctors will be, if not gentle, at least not nasty. Too bad this guy never got the memo that you're dealing with human beings. Avoid him at all costs! read more

So far I've had three failed FET transfers.. each embryo I had. I started the process back in summer of 2019. I've since then started a whole new process.. just getting the news that I have 2 embryos this time. My issue with Dominion is that you are constantly passed around to different nurses and "IVF Coordinators." When you start with them, they make it sound like you'll be taken care of by your IVF Coordinator, but within in a month, you'll likely be passed to someone else. You never have a point of contact to understand what is going on and no one really knows your case. The stress of IVF is enough on its own.. but when you feel like you have no control, and you're in the dark on next steps, the anxiety just gets worse. You rarely ever speak to your doctor and everything is short messages in the portal. I'm regretting not switching to a different fertility practice for this new round, but as other reviews state getting your medical records is near impossible. read more

Amazing experience -- my husband and I were referred to Dr. Gordon at DF by my OBGYN because we had not been successful for the past 6 months. We began the paperwork and tests, and recently received the happy news that we were pregnant! It was way faster and a smoother experience than we had expected, and of course saved us a lot of money. Working with them was a seamless, no-stress experience (for what is an emotional and stressful process). We felt very supported and "heard" and were well cared for by the front-desk staff, nurses, phlobotemists, Mary the FInancial COunselor, and by Dr. Gordon of course. I'm pretty sure I had at least 2 dozen interactions at the Fair Oaks and Arlington offices to schedule appointments, come in for blood work etc and every interaction was VERY professional, organized, and we felt like they cared NOT like we were just a number to them. The two offices in Fair Oaks and the main one in Arlington were very nice; the Arlington one was like the flagship store or like a boutique hotel. Fair Oaks has parking at the Inova hospital, the Arlington location is street parking only in Ballston. Both were very comfortable, nice waiting areas (good magazine selections too!), bathrooms in house, and a small beverage bar with coffee/teas. My appointments always started on time, which was also awesome. So thankful we went with Dr. Gordon and DF instead of one of the big institutions like Shady Grove -- made our journey to parenthood an enjoyable and stress-free experience. I do not know if we would go back (which is a good thing as our family will be complete!!) but I do highly recommend that you go. read more

After having a couple of negative and financially every upsetting experiences with other two fertility clinics in the Washington DC area, we decided to go to Dominion Fertility and try to make our wish of becoming parents come true and as soon as I walked in their office space I knew this is gonna be different, I felt like this is gonna work this time, the atmosphere was luxury, upscale, welcoming and very professional. And I was right, as soon as I met Dr. DiMattina, I knew he was my doctor! He is very experienced, professional, kind, straight forward, he doesn't waste your time, tells you exactly what he can do for you and what he can not or will not do for you and you know what.. if you follow his advice he makes it happen! You need that clarity! A year later, I am pregnant now with our miracle baby boy and we couldn't be more grateful! His staff both in the Arlington but especially in the Bethesda office where I went for my monitoring visits is amazing! They are all very kind, caring and professional. I always felt well taken care of and in good hands, especially Jana, my monitoring nurse in the Bethesda office is a true angel! She was always very encouraging and kind, made my visits there very pleasant, positive and fun! And you need this kind of energy and trust when you walk this journey! Pro: Dominion Fertility will do monitoring leading up to an IVF transfer if your embryos are out of state. This about where the pros end. When you're being monitored as a satellite patient you are treated as less than. They won't draw any labs other than Beta, Progesterone and Estrogen so you have to go to an outside lab for any other testing that is ordered. In addition they are not responsive on their portal and are unable to do any monitoring following a positive beta. I recommend looking elsewhere for outside monitoring as they are not clear upon signing on as a satellite patient what that entails. And to clarify I did ask if they were able to do all of the above things and was told that they could. read more

I can probably say I moved back to the east coast in order to successfully conceive my newborn by natural cycle IVF. Dr. Dimattina and his staff were excellent in every way. Dr. Dimattina is not only on the cutting edge of IVF and the newest advances, but he is knowledgeable about what his competition is doing and not doing. He is VERY honest, which may come off to some patients as "being short," but that is what I love about him. I am not the easiest patient and feel I ask some tough questions, but he answered them all and more. During these "Covid times" he was extremely careful, cautious and was very concerned for me and his other patients, putting us first. I would never recommend this practice. I was very hesitant to engage with Dominion and it took a few years because of ..well life. One of those things was this consultation which was $450. I asked their coordinator what exactly is the purpose because I could pursue lab work through my GYN for the labs tests. She shared that it included ultrasounds to look to see if you are a good candidate. (I should not have proceeded. Wish I knew what I know now. ) I shared with her - I could have my doctor run the bloodwork and I did just that to ensure I had a Day 3 test done AMH.FSH - $40ish bucks lab corp, as Dominion did not do that. They took a random day test, and you have to use their lab. From my perspective and my expectations were a cohesive view of my fertility including follicles, pictures of uterus etc, labs tests. What I got was an opinion and no real recommendations. I walk in - DR was 20 mins late to the point I had to ask front desk - was this still happening. The DR has decent beside, but honestly, I did not feel the engagement. Went to get an ultrasound in a matter of 3 minutes in the Dr. STOPPED and shared she saw a cyst blocking an ovary. She then prints out pictures and shares you need to see your OB/GYN . That was no problem as I had an appointment the next week. My OB/GYN saw the letter, said the cysts weren't big enough to warrant removal. They may go away themselves. I said great. Meanwhile, she shared she would connect with the Dominion Dr. The dominion doctor calls me as my blood results are in. Meanwhile, I have my blood tests and saw the results from the lab corp tests. She shares with me that based on the BLOOD WORK I am not a good candidate. Of course, I was upset to hear this. The Dr. Offered to do another ultrasound, only for me to find out that was an additional cost. I asked what about the ultrasound - as the consultation was incomplete. The Dominion Dr shares it doesn't matter and would be the same result in terms of her opinion of my candidacy and she would not do anything until the cyst was removed. After letting this rest for a few months and doing my own research - This consultation was a COMPLETE WASTE of TIME and Money. Ladies beware of clinics like this that are more interested in keeping their success numbers up than helping you. #1 I did not get what I paid for. I actually have to do this all over because the assessment was more for Dominion than myself. Every other doctor shares the results are incomplete to provide a true assessment. #2 The Doctor was completely unwilling to problem solve. It was like she washed her hands. I didn't get a sense of want to work with me. ---- BTW -Turns out the other doctors I am consulting suggested Birth Control and supplements and treatments to increase quality. The other doctors are willing to provide solutions. Very disappointed and I wouldn't feel right watching others drain their money or time with this practice which has proven to me its incompetence. read more

We worked with Dominion for a couple of months after moving to the Northern VA area. We had done all the pre-work necessary to get started with the IVF with our prior clinic but then had to move out of state. Dominion was recommended by a friend of my husband's. And our first apptmt was in August 2020. By early October we were finally able to get an apptmt with the urologist for my husband's aspiration. It took that long to get an apptmt. Both offices were communicating back and forth. And no one told us that we needed to supply the medium for collection to the urologist for the procedure. Apparently we were supposed to stop by dominion prior to the procedure to pick up the medium and bring it to the urologist appointment. Neither office told us that. So no procedure was able to happen that day. I, of course, let them both have it, and Dominion rescheduled us for the following week, only to call us back two days before and say they forgot they weren't going to be open that day. And I was DONE. I'm sure their doctors may be good, but I have zero faith in their support staff, and I wouldn't in a million years trust them with my precious eggs. I'm so glad I switched to Shady Grove on that day because I'm currently 8ths pregnant with my baby boy. Also, I just got an email notice that I never paid a $20 copay. Apparently they've been sending an invoice that was half my current address and half my prior out of state address. Makes no sense how their accounting dept did that considering I've gotten mail from them when I was actually using them. It just solidified the fact that I made the right choice, since their staff is still a mess, more than a year later. Save yourself the stress, go to Shady Grove. Their doctors are amazing, along with with all of their staff. read more

You can tell that the staff really care about their patients and make you feel at ease. I had a failed IVF cycle back in November 2021, and am only now writing this after just receiving (and paying) an $800 anesthesia bill that I had never received prior (over three months later). This bill has triggered many emotions. This review is directed to women who are around 45 years old, who already know the EXTREMELY low probability they will have with a successful IVF... those who are turning to Dominion as their last hope. Unfortunately, I found that I did not receive any engagement from the staff, starting with my assigned financial advisor, my IVF nurse coordinator, and even with my IVF doctor Kay Waud (who appears to have left the practice), although she really impressed me in our initial consultation. When I asked Dr. Kay which Dominion IVF "plan" she would recommend for someone my age, she said that she doesn't discuss any financials, that I would have to talk to my financial advisor. Naturally, the financial advisor did not know anything about the procedures- stating that the doctor would have to answer any of those questions. The advisor seemed to agree that the "embryo select" plan for $18K was the most popular and best value. A candid look at what I learned: 1. I would advise anyone around age 45 to not purchase the "embryo select" option. The fact is that you should not pay for egg retrieval and transfers that unfortunately due to your age, will probably not happen. I would have expected a more honest recommendation from a reputable fertility clinic. 2. Be prepared to NEVER receive any scientific results or official reports for any testings or procedures performed by Dominion - i.e. results from your hormone levels; egg retrieval results; or even an official report from the third party genetic testing on your retrieved embryo - Instead, you will have to take the word of the clinic, which will involve a nurse or staff member passing these results to you verbally (no hard copy of anything and not even uploaded to your portal). This is even true for a failed preimplantation genetic testing (PGT) - which in my case, my doctor left a voicemail message at the end of the day to inform me of the failed PGT and to call her to discuss the next steps. 3. You will never be able to call and speak directly with your financial advisor or your IVF doctor... even if you missed that important failed PGT call, or as in my case, a receptionist informed me that they could not guarantee when the doctor could return my call, and literally said I could schedule a consultation appointment for $250. 4. Dominion, although entitled to a very sizeable profit, is motivated more by money than I even imagined. I saw this firsthand when I finally talked with my IVF doctor about my failed cycle (2 days after she had left me the voicemail) - I casually mentioned that I may have been interested in trying again. She informed an IVF nurse coordinator, who immediately called me the next day. When I emailed the new IVF nurse that I wished I would have selected the plan for two IVF cycles, my financial advisor appeared out of nowhere that same day to ask if I wanted to upgrade to the other plan. This would have cost an additional $8K (not to mention the $8K for the drugs, which only could be ordered from a partner NJ specialty pharmacy). Literally, I saw the most sense of urgency displayed when I was contemplating paying for an additional cycle. Honestly, I would have considered paying the additional $16K; however, I did not feel emotionally ready to deal with the clinic's indifference. I felt that I left a lot of money on the table ($2500 for the embryo transfer), but had to accept that this is just a business to make money. The anesthesia bill that I received 2/23/22, was another painful reminder of the lack of communication I experienced. Apparently, I was supposed to have prepaid the initial $500 bill at the beginning of my cycle, and would never be billed this. This had been written in a packet of instructions from Dominion, something never mentioned to me. Clearly, I am still not over this. To end on a very positive note, I found Nakisha Henderson's injection teaching class to be amazing. Nakisha is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and very understanding. Her services were definitely worth the additional $150. I wish more staff could have been as caring as Nakisha. read more

Very cookie cutter here - Not personalized at all. Front office/staff is not that friendly, and the nurses aren't that friendly either. You have to keep on top of everything yourself. They say that they will make sure nothing is missed, but they don't. It just adds to the stress. Possibly switching somewhere else. read more

Dr. if he can be called a doctor Michael DiMattina is horrible! Going through an IVF process is very stressful and the minimum that you are expecting is to feel comfortable during the process. During my consultation, he brought a chaperone, which I felt very uncomfortable and needless. I understand that you bring a chaperone/nurse when the doctor is doing a physical examination, but during the consultation! I don't want to share my personal health issues with a stranger, I want to talk to the doctor, not to a chaperone. When I told "Dr. DiMattina" that I felt uncomfortable, he said well you are in the wrong place. His attitude and facial expression can tell you how arrogant he is. Dr. Gordon and everyone at Dominion Fertility are absolutely amazing! Every person I interacted with - from billing, front desk, nurses to doctors - at this practice were so genuinely kind and care about all their patients. The front desk ladies are the BEST - genuinely going to miss chatting with those ladies! I was referred to Dr. Gordon - although I've also heard amazing things about Dr. DiMattina. Dr. Gordon is simply wonderful. He gives you an no-nonsense assessment of his thoughts but is also open to other opinions. Dr. Gordon always took time to sit down and clearly explain everything to my husband and I despite being absurdly busy. This is by far the most poorly run IVF clinic I have been to. The staff are incredibly rude and belligerent. They are unhelpful when you call them to ask questions and they frequently give inconsistent information. It is incredibly cruel to be so disrespectful and downright hostile to infertility patients who are trying to build a family. The staff also refused to provide me with a copy of my medical records. Please train your staff better or replace them with someone that actually cares about patients. read more

I am posting by review for my now 6 year old, conceived by natural IVF in 1/2010. I was very pleased with the care and attention I received by Dr. Gordon and his staff. I was in a previous relationship with a women that went to another local huge fertility office and it was less than a pleasant experience. Very long wait times sitting in waiting rooms with 20 or more people, hurried appointments with little to no follow up. I traveled from Bel Air, MD 7 days in a row for monitoring and blood work before my procedure and every time I arrived for my appointment I was seen with 15 minutes of my appointment time. I received phone calls daily with the results of all my tests. Bottom line if you want an honest opinion about your fertility options AND you are ready and willing to do whatever it takes to conceive then you owe it to yourself and your future family to go see them to get that professional opinion. I am still trying to rectify this situation with DOMINION FERTILITY popping up on a search for my name and unfortunately, it is not getting taken care of in a timely manner. Forget the fact that it is embarrassing and also inappropriate for future employers to look me up and find that information on the internet ~ it is also a huge HIPAA violation as I did not sign anything or allow my personal (or medical) information to be displayed publicly. I signed up with a reasonable expectation of privacy and that was not honored. read more

Dr. DiMattina did not initially disclose to me up front the test after test after test after test that was "required" by this practice. He even tested for things that had nothing to do with fertility (why would he do this? The office even sent me this by mail stating that "this has nothing to do with fertility and here are your results"). I started asking questions. Why more tests? Why tests that have nothing to do with fertility? Why tests when I have repeatedly been told that the tests are showing how fertile I am rather than how infertile (It almost seemed like he was looking for something to be wrong with me-maybe insurance won't pay unless there is something wrong? Just a thought that crossed my mind). He stated that they are not all necessary but required in order for his practice to proceed. I wonder if he has ever been interviewed for insurance overbilling as clearly I did not need all those tests....and he even wanted more! I asked if my own, regular doctors could perform the tests instead. He then told me that I was refusing to cooperate and that his clinic would not be treating me. Dr. DiMattina also made direct, rude comments to me about me. I have never had a professional act like this and was shocked at his arrogance and utter lack of consideration for another person's feelings. I have heard horror stories about women feeling humiliated in fertility clinics and given this man's lack of restraint in his brash mannerisms, I could see how this could happen at this clinic. This was not the man I had met when I came for an initial consultation to sell me on their services and supposed success rates (something which cannot be verified by the way) so clearly he can put on a good behavior act. I just don't think Dr. DiMattina cares enough about his reputation and certainly does not take social media seriously. He gets plenty of referrals and plenty of business. Losing one customer is no big deal. This customer could be you in the future. I called my OBGYN of 10 years for another referral and got a personal phone call from him within an hour. His office staff when answering the phone--I did not disclose any details, only that I was requesting a second referral--asked if I had been mistreated so it did not sound like a surprise to them. I thank my lucky stars that I am not paying this man any more money and got out before I was drawn into the process more. Test this guy out before you get so far into the process that you can't get out like some of the others have mentioned on this review site. read more

Dr. Gordon is very helpful. After one cycle of IUI and another cycle of customized treatment, my wife got pregnant! The baby is two-month old now, healthy and happy. The nurses and staff are also very nice. Thank you so much! read more

After five years and two clinics later, I was blessed to find Dominion Fertility. Dr. DiMattina and Holli were the first two I met. I must admit Dr. DiMattina will not sugarcoat your journey. He will be EXTREMELY transparent. I met Holli afterward with the " girlfriend" type of vibe that will make you feel more comfortable and open, considering this journey takes a lot out of you. I immediately switched from Liz to Leslie ( financial advisors). Leslie is knowledgeable and very patient with your need. My journey transitioned over to Natalie, who was extremely patient with me, especially when I became irritable about the ups and downs. Dominion's staffers are amazing. Front desk personnel are very friendly and welcoming. It has been a journey with a beautiful outcome. I will return for seconds if it works out well at the end! I HIGHLY recommend Dr. D and Sarajari. I have been around the block in reproductive endocrinology - seven years and five different practices. This practice is by FAR the most personal, the most engaged and the most comprehensive. Dr. Gordon has a wonderful approach and any time I've met with Dr. DiMatina, he's been great too. The nurses are amazing and you get results of all tests back so quickly!
