What can I say she surpassed my expectations! She is prompt, professional, and most importantly the website is AMAZING! Of course don't let me forget, her pricing is completely fair. This isn't "Fiver", if you're just starting out, and not sure about spending the money, its ok to start out with free software, but once you prove to yourself that the concept is sound and you're making money, trust me look at it as an investment. There is a lot going on behind just the "look" of the page, SEO, mobile, etc, Rachel talks you through all these issues, and works with you to maximize the efficacy of your website. To get her the high-res images we needed blown up on to a massive vinyl flag, she emailed me a download app, which made the job a snap. I just dragged and dropped the (huge) files I wanted her to use. It took mere seconds. I was told the flag would be ready in 24 hours -- it was done in about 4 hours. I was really impressed. The flag is incredible quality -- durable, and really beautiful. It is now safely on it's way with my colleague to the South Pole...cool, right?
