Fortunately, we met Ivan at Chable's Concrete who was an absolute delight to work with. He showed up on time for our appointment, offered us several great solutions for our challenging backyard (which is narrow, and slightly sloped), and promptly sent an estimate. He understood our plan that seemed puzzling to other companies. When we made changes, it was no problem. Ivan came by the next day to measure, finalize the design, and answer any other questions we had. He scheduled our installation the following week. Day one of our project, Ivan and Rodger excavated, leveled the site, and laid the forms. Day two, he poured cement and created a beautiful custom patio design. Ivan and Jenni were so communicative and personable. They made this project effortless. Their pricing was fair and reasonable. And what we agreed to is what we paid. It took days for him to make printable and send it to my email. The bill for the inspection was $475 and when I asked what should be done I was told I would need another inspection. Costing $900. What Kurtis called a level 2 inspection. His advice was to tear down the chimney and rebuild because it had been painted. I called out three other companies who said clean it, rebuild the crown, put new caps and it will be fully functional. I would never use this company.

We had to sue this company due to shoddy workmanship and used materials that should have been taken…read moreto the dump. They build a deck with the wrong materials, the Trex was so old it should have never been reused. The screws weren't correct and the spindles were to wide and not long enough. In the wind, some of the spindles weren't attached and they bang in the wind.They are a safety hazard because babies could crawl under and thru them to their death on the big rocks below which is about a 12 foot drop. They also didn't attach braces under the deck so it can easily fall down. The concrete patio they poured under the deck cracked from one end to the other in less than a week. We could only sue for the amount we paid them. After paying the lawyer to deal with them, we had less than 10k left. It's going to cost over 42k to remove and replace everything.
