This machine belonged to my mother and since she's passed, the sentimental value has gone up for me. On my second visit, a reschedule to try again, to learn how to work my serger, I forgot the instruction book. The women did explain a little of the basics but could not teach or explain "anything" else. In the brief 10 minutes she spent with me. She spoke to me in a slight sarcastic tone and used words describing functions as if I knew what she was talking about. As she offered her future assistance, if I would come back with the book, a lady from the back offered me a $20 discount. My instructor (I'll use that term loosely) jumped in to debate this and said "she's coming back" I said I'd like to take the $20 dollars off and try on my own. Sorry I forgot my book, I'll take the hit for that. But this women could use a lesson in friendliness. I feel ripped off and embarrassed. All I wanted to do was hurry up and leave after that!! Good bye Luke's, won't be seeing you again.

As I had been building a wine collection stored mostly in boxes in a cool room in my basement, I…read moredecided my quarantine project at home to keep me busy would be to make a full-on wine cellar with one of my rooms. Wine Cellar Innovations has tons of information on their site on how to start on the project, and it was a lot of fun to clear out the space, insulate it, and get it ready for their racks. The racks themselves were great quality mahogany, and largely assembled. It takes a bit to get the hang of the way they go together, but once you build your first rack, the others go together super easy. They even included an air nailer setup which made it a breeze - I couldn't imagine doing it any other way! They also offer a free design service which I tried (because hey, it's free, why not?), but I wanted to add a bit more complexity to my design, and as you can probably already tell I'm more of a DIY person in that regard anyway, I took on measuring and fitting in components they have available. Everyone I dealt with was excellent, and the only reason it's not 5 stars is that despite them including multiple spare pieces in the racking kits, there were a few pieces that came incorrectly cut from the factory. I contacted them and they sent replacements no questions asked, so it was only a bit of delay in completing the project. Overall, the project came out amazing and I recommend WCI to anyone looking to build wine racks. They're well built and well-priced.

Our kitchen remodel has just been completed and we could not be happier with our choice of kitchen…read moreremodelers. Our kitchen was dated and configured poorly. Chris and Dave came to our house, provided us with a couple of different configurations, and spent lots of time with us going over the different types of cabinets, countertops, etc. From knocking out walls and tiles, rewiring, and installation to final product everything was done just as we were promised. The work is top notch, the price quoted is the price we paid, and the Seibel's were great at communicating when things were going to be done. There were no surprises. We would highly recommend them. Thanks Dave, Chris, and Lisa for a great new kitchen.
