When I initially requested hard pressure, it was much stronger than I expected. After I asked to switch to medium pressure, my therapist accommodated right away and apologized which was appreciated. There were, however, a few things that kept this from being a 5-star visit. During my massage, the therapist answered phone calls and also had conversations through her headset while actively massaging me. She also stepped away several times to assist customers at the front desk. I understand they may have been short staffed, but the interruptions and conversations made it difficult to fully relax and took away from the uninterrupted hour I'd paid for. Before the massage began, I specifically requested that it include my back and front, but not my feet. The therapist remembered not to massage my feet, which I appreciated, but the front of my body was never included. I know one hour goes quickly, but I would have appreciated at least a few minutes on the front to better match the service I requested. At checkout, I felt a little uncomfortable being asked whether my tip was cash or card. I had every intention of tipping, but being asked directly made it feel a little less voluntary. I also felt a little pressured to purchase a five massage membership. While I understand offering memberships is part of the business, a softer approach would make the experience feel more comfortable. Overall, I think this spa has a lot of potential and I left feeling much better physically. If these customer experience issues are addressed, I would be happy to return and perhaps update my review after another visit

Amazing experience at this spa. Walked into to an inviting lobby with a friendly greeting. A short…read moretour showed us the beautiful sitting area with a fireplace and cozy chairs. Infused water, tea, yogurt, granola, and fruit were available and included. The room walked out to an outdoor area with a hot tub. Two chairs had warming blankets the other was a table with chairs to enjoy your drinks or food. The ladies locker room was nice. Every item you could imagine from essential oils, lotions, hair products, tooth brushes etc and lavender infused cold towels. There was a sauna with a sitting area and the showers were clean and beautiful. My treatment was a wrap and it came with a mimosa. The wrap was wonderful! The scrub was a great way to exfoliate. There was a shower in the room to rinse off the scrub and then the lotion made my skin so soft. The employees are very an accommodating and professional. The only drawback was the prices were pretty high compared to what I have spent in the past. I would also suggest some additional ambiance in the outdoor area. I do recommend this spa it is beautiful and very pampering.

And Donna gave me one of the best massages of my life. If that was the bare bones massage, I definitely want to try all the fancy ones. Donna used incredible aromatherapy and gentle, firm pressure. I was very close to falling asleep during my treatment, which is crazy rare for me. And afterwards, she was waiting for me with a smile and a bottle of water. The shower in the dressing room was lovely and well equipped. I loved the sauna and the lavender-infused cooling towels! Seriously, I want to move in. Just go. Can I go two days in a row?

My neck and back had been bothering me for 2 weeks. Stress related. To get in on such short notice was impressive and such a relief! I booked an hour long deep tissue Thai massage ($60 + $25 essential oils) added a reset to focus on a few problem areas ($30) I had the incredible Owen. He briefly reviewed my listed problem areas (noted on the paper they give you at check in) to diving right in. He offered gentle check ins on pressure/temp throughout massage & provided guidance on when to breathe. Hot stones, essential oils, stretching, breathing all were to be expected. Owen dug in and released a lot of tension and pressure. Knots ironed out. Will most certainly come back again. **punch card - go so many times and get a free massage!
