Ladies, proceed with caution. I walked in for a shoulder length haircut with layers. The lady didn't seem to be paying attention, parting my hair in the way I didn't want it and missing an entire section of my hair. She even jabbed my scalp with an electric shaver and left a mark. I stood up after she styled my hair, removed the collar, and said she was done. Then she suddenly told me to sit back down because she forgot something. She had missed the whole back of my neck and went back in to cut it with scissors and a shaver. She left a ton of prickly pieces of hair debris in my jacket from this, and it's sooo uncomfortable when those pieces stab your skin! The next day, the right side of my head felt heavier than the left. I noticed chunks of hair that were blunt and cut unevenly. I think the positive reviews on this salon are mostly for the man and not the woman hairdresser. The men coming into the salon were practically glowing by the time they walked out. I felt like this woman is here because she needs something to do. I tipped out of pity. read more

I think this studio is great for men's haircuts but not the best option for women's haircuts. I showed the female hairstylist a photo of what I wanted and I got the sloppy TEMU version of it. Super blunt cuts, and bangs don't sit right on my head. I found some hairs that were immensely longer than the rest of my cut - she had missed those. I tried to communicate what I wanted during the haircut but she was irritated and didn't care to listen to what I actually wanted or said. Wanted to sob as I went home because how ugly it was -- even my parents thought my new haircut was awful. Never coming back again! Been coming here to get a cut from Mark for a little over a year now, and he has never disappointed. He's a nice dude, and will listen to what you want. If you ask for advice about what to do with your hair, he'll give you it. Wait times here is not bad at all. There might be some times where you'll have to wait for 1 - 2 people before you and 3, in rare cases, but that's about it. Mark manages his time pretty well for each client. I usually come in on the week days where waiting is nearly non-existent. They have a TV and pretty comfortable long couch now, so waiting here isn't all so bad, compared to other places. read more

I came 11am on a Friday, waited about 5 mins. I asked for a shoulder length cut with an under cut in the back with some line designs. They took their time. Did not rush, made sure to do a good job.
