He couldn't do it, even though he agreed. He came to do the job but never provided me with a receipt or the written letter I needed. He kept avoiding my calls and text messages over a simple letter. There was a miscommunication about the distance of the panel and the distance of the outlet but Ben kept the estimated quote as it is.
