When I inquired about the charger, Ben answered all of my questions and he was quick to respond. There was a miscommunication about the distance of the panel and the distance of the outlet but Ben kept the estimated quote as it is. He even went to the house in the middle of fathers day celebration to drop off the missing wire. Now that's what you call a businessman. I learned a lot from our conversation today. I will definitely put some solar panels on the house. He's the kind of guy that you would keep. can't wait to see the pendant light! He sent John Hennelly from Staylor to inspect the beach house that my mother left to our family, because we want to sell it. The followup report, sent by email with lots of photos, documented everything they found. Thank you, Staylor team, you have provided us with a great road map to get the house back into tip-top condition!

Estimated time of completion = 2 weeks. I paid him the first installment and he started right away. He worked consistently for a few days. But then the absences began - he kept me apprised at first but then he just wouldn't show up for days. It has been more than 3 months and he's still not completed the basement. I've given him a $1000 advance for another project and he has not shown up for work since. He also has $500 worth of my stuff from Ikea that he picked up but never delivered. To be fair, he did mention that he had a personal task to attend to but that was in late June and I've not heard from him since. The most frustrating part is not responding to calls and messages (I have all logs). I've explained to him several times the urgency of finishing this work but he seems to have ignored it so far. Very unprofessional!!
