It's sounds weird but I guess it's true the water is crazy with minerals and we feel it's healing and helps us feel better

Crazy Fizzy water from Mineral Wells - I believe it's a 2

Went here while visiting family. Beautiful place well stocked inside. We bought Crazy water #4 and the Fizzy Crazy. As far as the Laxative effect some folks mentioned, I drink about 8 oz (no more) a day and have no issues but more might be a problem. My husband drinks 2 -8oz glasses a day. His medication has a tendency to lock up his gut and by drinking this he no longer has that issue. Understand we are not carrying this around in a water bottle and drinking 2 or 3 a day and I don't know anyone that is. The taste on #4 for many is strong. We have no issues with it. You can get samples in the store to see which you like. Take in bottles and jugs and get refills at less than $3 per gallon. They have a tour that they give and our time and the tour time just didn't match or we would have tried it. We will be back.

After reading the benefits of a pH balanced alkaline water, I realized the necessity to optimum health by drinking alkaline water. And it's right next-door practically, from Dallas. I bought my first bottle at Sprouts market.

We stopped here just for the historical experience and to grab a drink for our trip home. We tried all the different levels of mineral water and was surprised how much each one tasted differently! They reminded me of well water from when I was growing up. We ended up purchasing a fizzy cream soda with orange flavor and whipped cream, which was excellent and my husband had an infusion drink. The infusion drinks have balsamic vinegar along with a flavor. Not my thing, but he liked it. They also have a cute little gift store and the girl working was awesome. She was super helpful and professional and explained what was going on. Lol. We will stop in again if we get back that way.

Hubby & I have been purchasing Crazy Water at H‑E‑B past few months. We decided to stop when we took a drive up 281 from San Antonio to Wichita Falls, TX. Was so worth the stop. My husband got the #2 water and then we both ordered infused waters. I tried the pineapple & he had the orange cream crush. Not sweet and all of it tasted great! Would definitely love the recipe for the infused water.

Very cute home turned into day spa. I got the Ahhh package and received a mineral bath, facial/no extraction or steam, massage and mineral towel wrap. For the price I would go everyday. Brandy my therapist was great and very professional. I would recommend black out tint on windows and hydraulic tables. I would def go again.

I am addicted. It's a small shop located in the city of Mineral Wells. The shop is on top of said mineral well. If you drove though the city you can't help but notice the large vacant hotel which in it's time must have been GRAND. Local lore has it that movie stars and other assorted 'rich and famous' stayed there in order to heal themselves in the therapeutic mineral waters. When I-35 cut just South of the town, it literally shut the place down. Now the city is not much more than a quick stop on the way to Possum Kingdom Lake. However the healing mineral waters remain and still have their medicinal power. One of the main attributes to the water is lithium. No wonder the movie stars felt better. Either way the water is available for sale in three levels of mineral-ness and various sizes. There's the Premium Drinking Water with not much mineral water involved. There's some Deep Well Water that tastes like well water and has a claim to better health. And then there's the Crazy Water. One taste and your mouth will pucker up into an "EW...CAN IT BE WORTH SWALLOWING?" It's rumored to cure liver problems, arthritis, as well as other ailments. Good luck with the water drinking...that's not what I'm addicted to. It's the lotions. They make the Crazy Water into a variety of skin products. My favorite is the Oatmeal Spice Jojoba Lotion which is 89% organic and full of concentrated Crazy Water. This stuff smells wonderful and makes my skin feel and look great. It's better than any over the counter lotion I've ever used. They sell everything from body scrubs to facial toners. And the choices in scents is really nice. They have Indian Paintbrush and Honeysuckle. They also have candles and other products. Go to the website. Look at the stuff and get the lotion. Better yet, drive out there, wonder what kinds of ghosts haunt the old hotel, taste the water, go to the lake and buy all kinds of body stuff to give as gifts. One more note, they do have concerts at the Famous Mineral Water Co. I checked the calendar and noted some bluegrass bands. I think this would be great fun.

Way before we all started popping pills, there was mineral water. The cure all for nearly everything! Crazy Water sells 3 different strengths of mineral water. Lots of people say there really is somethings to this, so why not, it's only money! If it doesn't make us "better" the myth still continues! We bought 5 gallons of # 4 and a coffee mug of course. Time will tell. The staff was very knowledgeable and a lot of fun. While we were there, countless people came in and bought some water. I talked to several customers and all were positive about this. Let the water party begin!

The store is smaller than I expected. You can try the water before you buy. The sales lady said that she makes coffee with #3, I'm going to try that. Lovely store, lovely people. Great place to visit. What's your crazy # today? (Patent pending). =)

Worth the trip from anywhere!

Rainsoft Water Treatment & Water Softeners

The system has never operated correctly as promised. Since the installation, RainSoft technicians have been out to my home roughly eight times attempting to fix the same recurring issues, yet the system still does not function properly. Despite repeated service visits, the problems are never fully resolved--only temporarily addressed, if at all. I have contacted the company multiple times to explain that I am no longer willing to continue paying for a system that does not work and has required constant service. Instead of offering a real resolution, replacement, or meaningful accountability, they continue to push sending out yet another technician to "fix" the same problem again. After more than two years of inconvenience, wasted time, and frustration, it is clear this system is unreliable and the customer support process is ineffective. I expected a premium product and dependable service, and unfortunately RainSoft has not delivered on either. I would strongly caution anyone considering this system to do thorough research before committing.

Responding to Owner's response:…read more Thank you for your response, but I must firmly disagree with several of your claims. First and foremost, while PVC may be generally acceptable for standard residential plumbing, it is not recommended nor considered safe for pressurized water lines--which this system is directly connected to. This is not just a matter of preference but a well-established safety standard, and PVC is not approved for such use in many jurisdictions across Texas due to its inability to handle high-pressure stress over time. The continued use of this material on a pressurized line poses a risk, and I can obtain professional letters from licensed plumbers and contractors to support this if needed in legal proceedings. Furthermore, your technician visited in October 2023 while the system was clearly not in use and still actively leaking. At that time, the technician failed to disclose all available options--most notably, the option to fully disconnect and remove the system, which would have been the most logical and permanent solution. Instead, I was advised to leave it in bypass mode under the assurance that it would prevent any future leaking issues. Clearly, that assurance was unfounded as I am now dealing with yet another leak and increased water usage. Your attempt to place blame on the system's age or my status as a third owner does not absolve your company of responsibility. Regardless of how long the system has been installed, it does not change the fact that your technician provided incomplete information, leading me to incur additional, unnecessary expenses. The omission of the full range of options--whether intentional or negligent--is unacceptable and appears self-serving, as it leads to repeated service calls at my expense. If your company continues to deflect accountability rather than address the safety and service concerns in good faith, I am fully prepared to escalate this matter further through appropriate channels.

We've had what we thought was good business relationship. Unfortunately, we decided to cancel our business with them, which is something we really did not want to do. We bought our house new in 1987 and raised our daughter here. We've never had an irrigation system & since my wife is blind and I'm an old man, currently recovering from spinal fusion surgery, it's been a bit challenging watering our small, postage stamp yard. I asked Purple Care if they would give us an estimate for an irrigation system and, again, they were very accommodating. I later asked, via email, if they offered any senior or veteran discounts. There was bit of miscommunication initially, but that was all ironed out. I then told them that we would like to move forward with program. I received no response. I followed up with a second request to move forward with the project. Crickets. I then emailed them asking why they no longer wished to do business with us, CCing several associates within the organization. We were ghosted. I called Purple Care and said we no longer require their services, and when politely asked why, I stated that everything is documented in email correspondence, wished them a good day, said goodbye and hung up. We do want to thank them for their professionalism, courtesy and outstanding work ethic. William & Elizabeth Kiefer

Bekins said that they would only use Bekins employees and not contract out any of the work. They guaranteed our move in date would be June 10th. They guaranteed our belongs would be well taken care of as well as thorough communication. This is why we went with Bekins. They packed our belongs on time and did a good job. I spoke with their representative in the office as well as the man handling the move at the house and they both guaranteed that we would move in on June 10th. So we planned all of our work schedule and help on June 10th. On June 9th I never heard from Bekins even though all their material states that we would receive a call the day before the move. I called their office around 4 just to make sure everything was okay, and no it wasn't. They were not going to be able to move us until the next day. They explained that other people's moves were more important than ours. On this date the general manager for the Coppell office said he would financially compensate us for our troubles and poor experience thus far with Bekins. So they came the next day to move us in. They had 2 Bekin employees and the rest were contract employees. The two employees stayed in the truck while the contract employees brought all of our belongings in. They didn't put any protective covering on the floor and were in a huge hurry to finish the job so they could get on to another job. They drug potting soil up the stairs, broke a piano leg, nicked an antique table, broke an antique rocking chair's arm, put a hole in a wall, and cut an upholstered chair with a box cutter. We spent the next few weeks moving boxes that were place in wrong rooms and locations. Many of our garage boxes were moved upstairs to a bedroom. While we were unpacking we realized that we were missing lots of belongings. We kept thinking the items would show up. Finally about a month after our move I called the office. I am not sure why I never received a phone call a phone call from them. I called and they said they did have our belongs. They forgot to unload the underbelly of the truck and they would deliver them to us. Again, I am not sure why they didn't call us as soon as they realized they didn't deliver all of our items. At this time I asked the general manager about the financial compensation he promised us on June 9th. He now had no recollection of the conversation. They sent someone out to assess the damage done to our home and belongings. We agreed on a settlement. My move coordinator told me a check was probably in the mail on August 18th. It is now October 10th and we have not received the settlement check. After I called the claims department in late August, they said they had no idea about our settlement. They contacted the Coppell office and then I was told I would receive a check the end of September. When the end of September came around I called the claims manager and emailed him with no response. Finally I called the the general manager at the Coppell office. He said he would personally contact me on the 8th and he didn't. I then received an email with no explanation for the delay stating that the check was cut on that morning. My two biggest complaints are lack of communication and follow through. I didn't receive communication along the way unless I called and initiated action. I highly regret doing business with Bekins.
