So, we did what any good buyer would do...we asked, "The Google." In the results, we came across a plethora of videos on YouTube for the Dana Pollard Group, which included many reviews of areas within the DFW Metroplex. After watching several videos, we took the plunge and filled out their easy contact form online. To our pleasant surprise, we were contacted by Katie shortly after. So, my wife booked her ticket and put boots on the ground. From the moment she landed, Katie was there and toured with my wife all over DFW, looking at the areas we had chosen. She worked tirelessly, even into the late hours, to make sure we had all the information to make the best decision for our family. Because of her and her efforts, we found the right house and decided to put in an offer. Let me tell you, Katie is a Pitbull of a negotiator and is in the business to do the best for her clients, and we were no exception. With her help, we put in an extremely ambitious, yet competitive offer. After a short negotiation with the builder, our offer was finally accepted. As we were still living out of state during the process, Katie kept us posted on everything and went ABOVE and BEYOND in every way to help support us through the whole thing. She is a true professional and was very easy to get in touch with when we had questions, usually getting back to us within minutes. I reported a ceiling leak and was told the roof had been repaired, but I was not provided any documentation or photos confirming the repair. When I asked for confirmation due to concerns about potential water damage, interior repairs were delayed and ultimately not completed. Despite providing written permission multiple times for maintenance to enter and fix the issue, the repair remains unresolved. This has been stressful, especially as I travel for work and am concerned about further damage to my apartment and belongings. Additionally, I lost access to EV charging notifications while other residents with electric vehicles continue to receive them, making it difficult to use an amenity that had previously been available to me. I am simply asking for timely repairs, clear communication, and equal access to amenities. I hope management can improve how maintenance issues and resident concerns are handled going forward

I constantly find stuff outside of my door. This morning, someones trash has been sitting at my door step for at least 3 hours. A couple weeks ago it was a pile of dog urine around the corner. Before that it was dog poop outside my door. ITS LITERALLY ALWAYS SOMETHING. This post it just about the cleanliness, or lack there of. I won't even go into the rude staff, the random parties, the amenities being closed all the time, the gates never working, the terrible parking situation, or the constate issue with package thief.
