I see another person also had issues with Fletch at this location. Guess we should have read reviews before handing over earnest money. Left messages and sent emails with no answers and still no return of earnest money after we were told we would be getting it back. Stay away from them! They have poor communication and an excuse for everything. Once they have your money good luck on getting any answers. read more

DON'T WALK - RUN!!! Quality workmanship is non-existent! They will say everything you want to hear until you sign the docs, then the real story comes out. Don't expect keys to YOUR home for six or more weeks after you pay them. The trim-out is a joke; they promise to fix cosmetic problems, but instead give excuses for every sloppy detail and say, "that is just the way it is with manufactured homes." They will hold your home hostage until you completely give up on any degree of quality or customer service. There has got to be a better company out there! Save yourself the only thing Palm Harbor is good at providing - headaches and immense stress. read more

I like the homes themselves. I like the way they are built. I DO NOT like the way these people do business. I was led on for nearly four months about how the deal was done and the monthly payments I said I could make were fine. Until it came time to actually sign on the dotted line. Then it was the routine of well your payments need to be higher or you need to give us more down payment {I had $20K allotted for this} Also in this slumping housing market their mobile/manufactured homes prices have not lowered at all. They are expecting almost $150K for a 1500sq ft not foundation/site built home. read more

All I wanted to do is to see 1 house I had to fill out a budget worksheet, they wanted to do a soft hit on my credit and wanted my DL all I wanted to do is look I told the sales guy that I'm not filling It out just to look so I walked out. If would have been different if I was buying. They are too pushy in my opinion. I would recommend somewhere where there is less hassle just to see a house. They lost my sale. read more

I was helping my aunt find a home, we put a $2,000 deposit to hold the manufacturer home. We decided to go a different route on 1/23/2021. Here we are going on week 3 still no refund. I keep getting told "it should be process". The reason why we decided to go a different route was because, the home they were selling to my aunt felt forced. It was to expensive for my aunt, we asked at least 5 times to look at other less expensive home (pre owned) but it was always brushed off. read more

We were very pleased with the great customer service we received from Brian in our journey to find a home. He was extremely responsive, patient and knowledgeable. We were unable to sell our house and Brian was very understanding. Brian and Carmen promised to refund our down payment in 10 days and I am happy to report they did just that. We just went to this Palm Harbor location. We were the only customers there. We walked in and saw a sign telling us to sign in and there was a map of the homes in their lot that we were free to go look at. There were people working there but no one came out to greet us or just say hi. We looked at a few homes, but couldn't find what we were looking for. As we walked back inside, a woman in a suit passed us and just kept walking. I used the bathroom and then we saw our paper we filled out was still sitting on the table so I picked it up and took it with me when we left. I was very disappointed at the lack of customer service and lack of courtesy we encountered here. read more

We bought a used Mobile Home (repo) from Palm Harbor and it was perfect for us as far as fitting our current needs. The purchase, paperwork, and closing went smoothly, but everything went downhill from there. Even though they advertise that they sell used homes, it apparently isn't their highest priority at this dealership. We've had issues with the set up, and are still trying to get our trim out work done, which we paid for but have yet to see it completed, and the work that has been done is absolutely awful. Their customer service has been poor at best, with way too much miscommunication. Palm Harbor has a great sales record in this area and they have quality homes, but if you're looking to buy a used home, or a Repo that will save you quite a bit of money, I would highly suggest you look elsewhere! read more

I drove from nearly 2 hours away to a location that they were advertising in Gainesville Texas. I got to the location and it did not exist. I got home very frusturated and emailed Dustin Mason (the guy on the ad). He told me "it is not my fault for you not knowing the address was false. You should have called first. SUCK IT" .
