Our realtor, Cne' Hemby went above and beyond in making sure that our relocation experience was nothing but perfect. We came down to Plano for a long weekend and had no clue where to start our house hunting. We found an open house and clicked on the link. Well, we received a phone call within 5 minutes (on a Sunday) and within 90 mins we were meeting with Cne' to tour the home we were interested in. But, she showed up armed with a folder full of other available homes and cleared her calendar to show us around N. Texas given that we were here for only a few days. We wound up going with a new construction and she, on her own and without us asking, would pass by our home under construction and take pics and video to send to us up north. Plus, when the builder tried getting cute on a feature that they had promised us then tried to back out, she immediately drove over to the builder's office to advocate for us in-person to ensure that they delivered what we had contracted. Well, we had such a positive experience, we could only think about using Cne' to find a second home for our elderly parents. Usual top-notch customer service and she ensured that the entire closing process went smoothly. Again, if you are looking for the very best customer service, Monument Realty is for you!

They've been around for years (decades) in the Dallas area, and only semi-recently opened up a store in Frisco by Stonebriar mall. Walking in, we were impressed - even a little overwhelmed - with the number of options and styles. But, shortly after arriving, we were greeted and asked if we needed any help. Thad walked us through the various styles and brands that fit our budget - he was knowledgeable and friendly, and we didn't feel pushed to make any immediate decisions. We found some sets that would work great for the space and our budget, and definitely will be back once we're ready to buy.

Lex not go into why I ended up not buying or renting a place in Frisco…read more There were a few weeks when it actually looked like we were going to have to move to Dallas and we were not too thrilled about that. Sorry Dallas. We prefer HOU. More diverse and Queensesque. And it's home for Bae. We were considering Plano but there were some drawbacks. Then we were considering Frisco because it would have been close to where Barbie was working, or would have been working, and not too far from where I was working, or was supposed to be working, and because it's sort of like a leafy perfectly safe Suburban Paradise. One of the drawbacks was that it was actually quite expensive considering that Texas prices are fairly cheap. Yes these properties are incredibly nice but they're also a little bit generic and not cheap at all. They were gorgeous though and we enjoyed touring around a few of the different homes that we were interested in - and we definitely will consider living here if we ever have to live in the North burbs of Dallas for any depressing reason. Better to live in these slightly-more-diverse (well, Plano and Carrollton and Richardson, if not Frisco) North burbs though, than in the nightmarish endless west burbs, the remote East burbs, or the downtrodden south burbs.

Normally sales people are good until they make sales but James is very friendly and helpful since we came for enquiry to till date even after singing the contract and construction is about to complete. Masten's tech Matt came to my home and decerned an issue with my Daikin mini split. Matt phoned me to confirm he "ordered the part the same day". He explained that it could take up to 7-14 days; however they have been good in receiving parts commonly within 5-6 days. On August 15th I contacted "Shannon" inquiring about the part. Her response was and I quote "no the part has not arrived, and stated it was not ordered till the 15th". I explained that Matt called me on the 12th that he had placed the order the 12th. Contradicting what Matt had previous advised me. I requested the tracking number to see if the part was out for delivery. She stated "I'll have to ask Matt, he got in late", but she would ask, she never returned my call. On the 20th she called stating there was NO tracking number. Everything in this day age in delivery service has a tracking number. Her response was "since Covid everything is running behind" That is why you always receive a tracking number to follow the ETA and whether it was out for delivery. Particularly in this day and age. Because she could not conclude where my "ordered" part was" She continued to insist she did not know where the part was and told me she would pray for me". On the 21st mind you, Shannon called me advising " they called Goodman's on University, in Denton and my part was going to be there on Thursday or Friday for sure. However depending on what time it is received would determine if they would come out that day, if by chance it was not received they would be out Monday" It was not received . On Monday August 26th Shannon called to advise me the part was not in, and because it was "taking so long". Matt drove to Goodmans to pick up the part and would be coming straight to my house" Upon arriving Matt and a secondary tech Ryan arrived. Matt offered no apologies for the excessive delay or the convoluted information by Shannon. Matt and Ryan arrived replaced the part however Matt on completion of the installation, decided to exit through the back yard through the fence and left. Ryan came in solo to collect my check. I asked why it took so long, why did you have to pick up the part? He simply replied" I dont know." I could have picked up the part myself if they spoke up that they apparently are running low on staff . I paid as a lawful citizen. I asked them to hold the check for 2 weeks bc I was facing back issues and felt that at the least they would offer a discounted rate due to the clear fact the part was never ordered! Dishonesty such as this is substandard way to retain local business. We have been loyal customers, supporting neighborhood business for more than 17 years and unfortunately, the greed from Shannon to be so dishonest we will no longer use them. It says a lot about a persons character when you sneak out the back door. It took them 2 weeks while I sweltered in a 95 degree room in pain. I had a lower lumbar spacer implant im getting my staples out tomorrow . I have chronic Spinal Stenoses I made Shannon clearly aware of this. However Shannon continues to call and attempt to get me in to pay because my postdated checks never got there. I live across the hwy in Corinth. She threatened me that if I dont pay the amount she is going to "send someone to take the part back" lol sorry but that would be trespassing and or breaking and entering" both are clearly asinine and unlawful to do. Why would an employee threaten such with such an absurd statement? Shannon continued to talk over me and tell me she was going to pray for me. Well Shannon do you now understand that common courtesy and threating people over money is greed.
