Here is some of the reasons: The work they did was amateur, they have NO skill sets. They broke all my windows, took out all my inside doors and left them outside in the rain as they were ruined. For subflooring they used wall plywood, I paid for new windows, gutters, two new bathrooms and all I received was a destroyed home. There is too much to write in this small review. It will cost more than 250K to fix what they did. Bob Carlson and Sandra Bauer are SCAMMERS and THIEVES! Save your money and call someone else.

The day the crew showed up for Leveling was hot and these guys busted tail and got it done in no time! I spoke with Larry that day and discussed my sub floor and new flooring needs. We worked out a deal and scheduled for the next week. Again, a great crew that worked hard, especially considering the length of drive to my place! It took an extra day, due to my error in buying a more difficult flooring choice but it was worth it. I love my new floors! Highly recommend, polite and responsive.
