She didn't just groom him--she transformed him into the most handsome golden ever (in my biased opinion!!) all while keeping him calm and happy (no small feat, since he's usually a nervous wreck at these places). But here's what really sets her apart: you can tell she genuinely LOVES animals. She handled Duke like he was her own, with endless patience and care. Bonus points--she's got some cool exotics in her backyard, which says everything about the kind of person she is. This is the rare groomer you can drop your pet off with and actually relax, knowing they're in the best hands. Truly how she made Duke look isn't easy. Professional, kind, easy to work with, spectacular service--she checks every single box and then some. She clearly loves what she does, and it shows. I figured I'd give this place a try. The grooming process seemed reasonable too. It took about 2 hours and my fur baby was all done. They were quick really. Haircut came out cute! They gave her a pin and bandanna. I'm happy with the results of this groomer. I see why they have good reviews. My Pomeranian looks good and she smelled super nice afterwards too! Andy was very open about how he would be training her, and what to expect. During her stay, Andy sent many videos and messages about the progress our girl was making. He showed us what he was doing, how our Shepherd was doing, and overall stayed connected and communicative during her stay. Upon her return, we could see the difference that Andy had made for her.
